An unbelievable experience
It was an unbelievable experience with a step by step approach to getting the passport renewed and an extremely helpful consultant virtually holding my hand through the process. Far better than I expected.

They do what they say they can do
Needed to renew my expired passport in a hurry and despite some scepticism on my part that UK Abroad could actually do what they said in the timescales they provided, I am happy to have been proved wrong. New passport received in 18 days. Brannan, my contact, responded promptly and patiently to my enquires and kept me updated (and reassured) throughout the process. Top marks all round.

I was helped and reassured rather a lot…
I was helped and reassured rather a lot during the process of applying for a British passport renewal, I’d never done so online before and was assisted every step of the way with clear, explicit instructions. Elyse would reply to all my emails usually within a few hours. I got my passport sooner than expected and really did appreciate the help

UK Passport renewal from Australia
I applied for renewal of my UK passport from Perth Australia less than 3 weeks ago. I received my new passport today! Throughout the whole process I received regular updates and information in a clear and helpful manner making it easy and stressfree. Thank you for a professional and timely service!

Experience with passport renewal
I found that Natasha was very helpful with questions I asked and was very prompt in replying to my emails, also very prompt in following up with my passport application and the stage it was at. The pickup and delivery of my old and new passport was prompt. Everything was very professional.
