Our initial contact with our Consultant Elyse, occurred less than 24 hours after making our application (17th Oct). As the passport had been expired for 30 years we were hoping it would be straightforward-and it was! Throughout the whole process, Elyse has continued to keep us updated every step of the way along with answering all our questions and any concerns we had. My husbands passport arrived 8th Dec.
