Very Professional and the best experiance

Jan was very efficient and helpful during the entire process, regularly sending reminders to keep the momentum going.

Had a lovely lady called Carina, made this process so easy to renew my British passport can't thank you enough for helping me through the 3 - 4 easy steps and keeping in touch with each process

I thought simply renewing my son’s British passport here in NZ would be straight forward. Living rurally, it turned out not to be. Carina helped to turn a potentially, very stressful situation into a triumph and miraculously the passport turned up, in our rural mail box, on Christmas Eve. Will definitely use this service again when I need to renew our other British passports in the near future.

All I can say is that working with Hanel was simply amazing!! She made the whole process so easy. It was so straightforward I was waiting for something to go wrong lol. Hanel, you are a goddess among women!! Thank you so much.

Shaun took my application into his hands immediately and followed it through quickly, precisely and kindly. I was rather overwhelmed at the beginning but with Shaun's help and expertise my new passport was sorted without hitches.

Very smooth service. Entered info online, took my own picture and a courier collected my old Passport. 2 weeks later my new one arrived. By far the quickest and easiest this has ever taken me! Highly reccomend
