My consultant was extremely communicative, guided us through the entire process and was available by phone to discuss (not like some consultancy firms where it's all via written transactions). It was a streamlined process and we received the passport efficiently (even through the Xmas/NY period when you would expect delays). The whole process was smooth right from the start. Any assistance I needed was dealt with very well. The representative handling my application followed up promptly and was easy to communicate with. Overall I was very, very impressed with this.

Prompt response to my application and made everything so easy. Natasha was so helpful, explained everything and kept me informed all the way. I thought it would be a big rigmarole renewing my Bristish Passport from Australia but it was all very straightforward and a 10yr passport cost me less than a 5yr Australian visa!!
