I had to replace a lost passport for a member of my family who was not able to handle the process involved. The guidance and assistance received by ukabroad.net enabled me complete the process with a new passport being delivered to my home. The process was quite involved and time consuming but throughout the entire project I was advised of what was required of me and when. It was a progressive system which simplified matters considerably. If I had been confronted from day one with all requirements needed it would have been a headache to meet. I received excellent info from Elyse as we progressed in stages. Thank you to all involved. I’m most satisfied with the outcome.

This included clear instructions about what information to provide via email. Most helpful was clear instructions about how and where in the UK to send my old passport. I was notified when my old passport was received in the UK. My new passport arrived within two weeks of having been received. When I applied to renew my passport on 20th. January 2024, I was lucky to be assisted by Jan British Passport Consultant, the service was excellent and the delivery of documents very fast. I was kept informed on the process at every stage with emails and messages, my new passport arrived in Iceland on February 1, 2024! Sadly, DHL had misplaced or lost my new passport, Jan UK passport consultant solved the problem straight away and I received my new passport today!
