U.K.ABROADReviews of ukabroad.net

Instructions from start to finish are easy to follow and one thing is requested at a time so you don't get confused. Follow up is very quick so the process moves quickly and easily. Responses are usually within 24 hours and even some the same day. My advisor was very thorough and I enjoyed working with him. I experienced no stress and the whole process became a satisfactory experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking to renew their UK Passport

Thank you so much UK abroad. It was a seamlessly easy thing to renew my passport this time around. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to take the worry out of renewing their passport.

It was wonderful to have a personal consultant, Brittany, in the UK, keeping me up to date as to what was happening, when. She was superbly responsive, too. Just great! It was, however, somewhat confusing to receive messages from DHL courier service, giving different time lines for when the delivery would be made. I had chosen a specific time and date (11:30am-6:00pm), but some of the messages said that the delivery would be made up till 9pm that day. In the end, the delivery was made at 4pm or so, which was within my given time constraints. Perfect! So, all in all, a fabulous service, which I appreciated hugely! Thank you to all concerned. Susan

They helped me renew my passport quickly and accurately. I sent the passport to them via DHL and my anxiety was put to rest by them, they kept me updated on the progress and it didn't take much time to receive my new passport. I would like to let them know that I will continue to use them in the future and that I have no complaints about their service.

From bitter experience dealing with HM Passport Office can be, certainly from abroad, frustrating, difficult and wearisome. I discovered UK Passports almost by accident, but am I glad ! Their service and assistance is simply first class. Simply first class.

UK Abroad made a daunting, bureaucratic process easy and seamless.

The thought of renewing my UK passport from abroad made me very anxious. I didn't have a clue as to how to go about it, so I googled it and lucky for me the first site I entered was yours. The information I received was clear and after I made my payment the instructions on the next steps were easy to follow. The consultant kept me updated constantly and was with me right up to the delivery of my new passport. Thank you, Jan. This was a smooth, hassle free process.
