Ok but expensive for what it is
Service was great I thought this would be better but I plugged in a modem and it drained the battery really quickly so it's not as good as I hoped. It's very noisy when the fan kicks in. It is very very heavy. The plug sockets are too close together so I can only fit 2 plugs in

Charger came on time
Charger came on time, but the accessories arrived 3 days later with no reason. Email should have been sent.

I have not received the goods.
I have not received the goods. I am guessing it was FedEx who tried to deliver but I have not been contacted to ask WHEN I will be in to receive the goods. Crazy system expects customer to be there without asking the customer when they will be. Must cost them a fortune in deliver overrun cost. Not only that very irate customer now who wants goods but has now only a two day window before Easter and the away fir a further 10 days. I had hoped to use the product. NOT AT ALL HAPPY Help needed please to get my goods and communication .... Please phone me Thank You

Excellent product and company
Got the 660 and the 2200 and spare batteries for each. All excellent products and customer service is even better, impeccable in fact. Can’t recommend them enough.

I was kept up to date with delivery…
I was kept up to date with delivery details, the items did come on different carriers but no problem, delivered on the same day. Any questioned asked via email were promptly answered. Unboxed the Vtoman pack & panels, set up and all worked great. It will get its full test soon on a camping trip.

I think your system got confused with…
I think your system got confused with google maps as my property has a house name rather than number. I have to say I started to panic, what with the to and throw of couple of emails saying my address was wrong. After we got that sorted speedy delivery, I can’t fault. Not had chance to try it out properly yet but thanks.
