Quality looking kit at great price
Really impressed with the build quality of the jump 600x. Only time will tell on reliability but we're happy so far. Delivery can often be a problem in the area we live in but this was totally smooth too. The discounted prices and £50 off code made the boxes really great value and I was able to buy 2

Ok for price but buy from official site or amazon
Unit failed within a yr, only been out on 6 trips Support / warranty responded twice then stopped, this was a month ago despite me chasing weekly still no reply. Currently 500 lost and if you buy via Amazon and credit card, section 75 doesn't apply. Update - I had to reopen a case within Amazon for communication to start again, my original submission was found and a replacement was sent out within 3 days. But it took more chasing then I'm ok with for the price tag, if you have it only for a camper van make sure to give it some use around the house and cycle it regularly, read instructions for storage - think it says no more then 80% of leaving a while

Dear Customer, I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your Vtoman product and the lack of follow-up from our support team. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. To help resolve this as quickly as possible, could you please share your order number and purchase channel (e.g., direct from our website, Amazon, etc.)? With these details, I can immediately escalate your case to our warranty team and ensure you receive a timely response. Please reply with the requested information, thank you for your patience, and I appreciate the opportunity to correct this for you. Best regards, Vivi

Vtoman jump 600x & extra battery
Recently purchased the jump 600x & additional battery through EBay. Using it with solar panels to maintain power at my caravan. No criticism as yet other than the low placement of the 13amp AC outlet sockets. Giving it time throughout the day to recharge (solar) provides sufficient power to my rig for phone/ipad charging, microwave & television. Charges slowly on an overcast day & obviously quicker in direct sunlight.

Good products and good customer service
Good products and good customer service. I ordered 2 items and within 24 hours I had an email telling me they were not compatible and was I sure? It was ok as 1 was for another Vtoman product I already own.

Excellent products.
The ordering is simple via the net, some confusion on delivery, wish I was told delivery was two separate deliveries as I thought something had gone wrong. You can only contact via email and wait 24 hours for response with a lot of my ney involved I didn't like that. The power bank is great and seems very well designed and made. Sturdy, looks like it will last. It's May so the solar panel is producing 170 watts in full sun, assume that will go up in the height of summer. Panel is very well made too, it could do with a clip to hold the two handles together so it acts as one item. The branding is 'loud' I might cover it to make it less noticeable to thieves. I am very happy with these products, really good stuff! Whether microwaving at the beach hut or hoovering dandelion heads to stop them spreading or mowing the lawn the power bank is great.

Dear Customer: Hello! First of all, thank you very much for taking the time to give us feedback on your shopping experience. We would like to express our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused to you. The separate shipment was due to product size and weight issues. Normally, the system should send you all the logistics numbers, and we will investigate the reasons to avoid this situation from happening again. In addition, your love for the product has also strengthened our determination to continuously improve the quality of our service, and we will continue to work hard. If you have any questions or needs in the future, please feel free to contact us at any time: [email protected]. Thank you again for your understanding and support! Best regards, Vivi

Solar panel not delivered
I had an issue with the solar panel not being delivered with the other items, which was disappointing to say the least. I contacted Vtoman customer services and liaised with Gloria. She apologised, provided amazing customer service and was a credit to the company. She kept in constant contact with me, providing regular updates and the solar panel was delivered a few days later. Will review the product when I use it, but the customer service was excellent!!!!
