A company with integrity
Travelzoo is a company with great customer service and real integrity. I decided not to renew my membership for a while but was a day late in cancelling it and Travelzoo accordingly took the renewal fee from my account. I emailed them explaining the situation. An hour later I received an email saying they had refunded the money. Five stars! This is a company that treats its customers well.
