Eventually received a refund for my order but not the postal costs which had been promised. This company purports to deliver great customer care but it’s a complete myth. They just give the runaround with emails and false promises. SAVE YOURSELF A LOAD OF WASTED TIME AND BUY ELSEWHERE.

Save your money and buy elsewhere. Customer service is a joke. Also it looks like bestpulse.co.uk is the same company as topdealsmax.uk, best pulse recommend the watch as No1. It's a scam. Update: If you want a refund then you have to pay to send it back to china, even if you do there's no guarantee you'll get your money back. ‼️‼️‼️

I was foolishly deceived into paying £59, reduced from £118, for a KoolFany while it would have been overpriced at £9. I am genuinely sadened that companies resort to this kind of deception to make money. I have now binned this item as the sight of it reminds me of how I was fooled.

The absolute worst experience from a supplier. I ordered two A/C units on the same day and had 2 order confirmation e-mails and payments taken. But the supplier has only recognised one order and the second payment, although taken from my account, has disappeared into the ether. Nor have the units arrived. This is a sham for a supplier.

Ordered a bike helmet which arrived nothing like the one I ordered and it was damaged also, 3 weeks later still no reply 🤨

I ordered an anti dog barking 4719338 order today. Stupid ne didnt read reviews on this company before ordering. 15 mins later I emailed them to cancel but they refused saying it had been processed and sent to shipping already and in transit..all within 15 mins. Liars. Cheats. Advice appreciated

Do NOT buy from this Company! I ordered a specific thermostat in December and when it finally arrived, late January (from China of course!) it was the wrong variant. They asked me to send a photo, which I did, & then asked me to return to China via tracked post (which cost me £16). After numerous follow-up emails, they finally agreed to refund my account over one month ago (promised within 1-3 days). Needless to say, they have failed to do so. I have now reported the Company to the Fraud Team at my bank, HSBC, in a final effort to retrieve my money.

AVOID this scam company at all costs. I purchased a device from them which was not functioning correctly, had issues charging and not as in the description. I contacted the company immediately, now three weeks ago, to request return information. I was requested to send photographs and video of the device in 'action'. I did everything that was asked of me to no avail. When I raised a dispute with PayPal they contacted me again implying that I was not using the device correctly! This company are a scam. They are ignoring consumer rights, refusing to inform customers of a return process, using every tactic under the sun to avoid any acknowledgement of our basic consumer rights.
