Prompt response and details of how to proceed.

Quick feedback well presented.

I got a response which let me know what was going on

Well , if this company had got the question in the beginning correct we wouldn’t be in this position ! I asked if it was 60 inches wide and was told yes It’s! Then waited nearly three weeks for delivery and low and behold it arrived around 50 inches wide , which is not rocket science to know 60 from 50 ,,, but I’ve been in touch and am in the process of either keeping it with 35% discount or returning it ,

Contact was good. The replyes swift and helpfull. Thanks

did not take long to confirm who the delivery people were along with explain rea no way to call company

Very good response
