Ordered a dog collar from the website. They sent the wrong one. Then I had to pay for the return. I usnderstand if I made the mistake, but they did. They apologisd for sending the incorrect one & refund the money i paid, but it cost me almost AUD30.00 to send it back. They refused to refund me that coat, even though it was thier stuff up. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Customer service is non existent. I asked a question regarding how to order a glove size as I could not find the facility on the order page. I have sent several emails and still no reply. They can forget the purchase because I wanted these gloves as a Christmas present it could be next century before they bother to answer my question. Not at all impressed. Would give no stars if I could - who does not reply to a potential purchase question - apart from Osmo!

Absolutely shocking product. The pan is so bad it’s laughable. It’s now in the rubbish after one use. Yes they offer you a money back guarantee. But only after you pay for the product to be returned to the UK. I’m in Australia so was offered 30%?refund. I suppose that’s better than nothing. Don’t purchase a pan lol

I recently ordered a heated gilet from OSMO in size XL when it arrived I found the sizing insane my wife tried the garment and it fitted her perfectly !!! She’s size 8 ???

Everything was so good. The support team was understanding and verry helpful and solved our issue. We received a leaf blower that was nothing like the one we ordered and they helped us solve the problem without trying to talk us into keeping this one we received. Very friendly and responded so quickly.
