Terrible experience! I tried to make a big order from Italy website 3 times without any response or confirmation!

Just like the previous reviews this website is a lying about their easy returns. I have been waiting for 3 months to return two item worth £60, but they are not replying to my numerous e-mails. Stay away from buying from their website, nothing but hassle

Ordered a coat for my daughter. The website stated easy returns. The jacket was too small so I followed their process to get my free returns label, this was approved however when I click print free label there is no label, I contacted customer services who told me “We kindly inform that we are still updating our return policy due to the restored customs after Brexit”. I see customers are still waiting on a returns label for purchases made months ago. I am now left with a coat too small and no way to return. Please avoid this website they are nothing but scammers.

Ordered a jacket from here on 30th Dec. It still hasn’t arrived. I emailed and got a reply 3 weeks ago saying they had delays due to brexit. I’ve emailed again numerous times and they now just ignore me. Will soon be requesting a refund via PayPal. I have ordered before brexit and received my order in a timely manner, however on this occasion it seems a shambles. Update: Received an email today saying that my order has been cancelled (by them, not me) and refund issued via PayPal. I would not order from these again. I can appreciate brexit has caused havoc but surely they should’ve cancelled my order earlier? Not 6 weeks after I ordered?! Another Update: 8 days later refund is still not received via PayPal. Despite them saying it had been sent. Now had to raise a claim via PayPal.

Its been over a month still waiting for a refund nothing at all plz dont buy anything from this website.... ill keep you all post if any uodates😔

Shocking! They don't deserve even 1 star,I just couldn't rate them less! I bought leggings for my 9 y.o. daughter. They cost me £40! After 2 wears they developed a fault. I wrote to them on numerous occasions, haven't received any response for weeks. Finally they replied that they did an internal investigation and the item is fine and they aren't going to refund or replace it. How could £40 leggings last two wears and be fine! SCAM! AVOID!

Took my money (£106). Did not communicate with me at all. Should of listened to my gut and not ordered from this store.

I have been waiting a week for someone to respond regarding an address or returns label to send back as the link on the website does not work. I have emailed 5 times and 5 times they come back with no label but links to their returns site. Really bad customer experience. All I need is a returns address.
