I purchased a 280ah lithium battery, which so far is WONDERFUL. Also a 40a dc-dc charger with integrated mppt solar regulator. All worked well for about 3 weeks. After that the charger would still fully charge the battery on solar but then lock in. It did not recognise battery depletion & start accepting solar until the battery was unplugged & reconnected. So until I noticed via my shunt app the battery was not being charged at all. Communication of this to ecoworthy was frustrating at times. Several emails, lots of pictures & explaining. Had one offer of 40% off the price if I would keep the faulty charger. Not acceptable to me. I requested refund or replacement. They offered to replace. I’m still waiting 5 days later. I’m sure the first one arrived within two days! Well blow me down. New charger arrived today. Parcel a bit bashed but charger seems fine. It’s connect up & working now. I’ll have to wait to see if it’s solved the problem but fingers crossed.

Products seem to be good value for money and quality is consistent. I have been running solar chargers, inverter and batteries from this company for over a year and they perform well. Customer service is very good in my experience - delivery very prompt even over a Bank Holiday weekend....!

My Ecoworthy battery was bought as a replacement for my campervan ATM battery. The weight saving alone was worth it. I had researched Li Po batteries for some time and Ecoworthy came out too in quality and price. The app has been great for charging the battery and gives enough info for my needs. There were some negative reviews and videos online but these all seem to have been resolved in the version 2 battery. Time will tell how well it performs but so far I am delighted with my purchase. I have a cabin that I wish to power, and Ecoworthy will be my 1st port of call.

I am/was interested in making a large purchase from Eco-Worthy, but given they dont even reply to enquiries about which of their products would best suit my needs, I think I'll look elsewhere. The enquiry was simple and not rocket science - which battery setup to choose. That's it and they cant even reply to that??? This does not inspire confidence in their product. Imagine how a warranty claim will be dealt with! Plenty of competition about who will answer me.

Great customer service. I had a fault with my inverter and they sent me a new one to arrive within the same week. Very quick and helpful, would definitely recommend.
