I order inverter Eco-Worthy 2000W Off Grid Pure Sine Wave Inverter 12V and battery Eco-Worthy LiFePO4 12V 100A. I have not wire red and black to connect. I have essentially redundant item to make use In the absence of these correct wire It is useless item I have sent many email and not been resolved. do not buy from this company the after sale service is pathetic, they take your money and don’t give a toss. today sept 16 still not resoved

Not impressed , batteries seem ok bluetooth app pathetic . Have 3 of these batteries 2 no longer show the actual ah just a made up figure On contacting ecoworthy was offered £30 refund which is a slap in the face for a £400 battery for 1 battery then another failed 300mah is now117 320mah is now 162 If just left to charge for a day they do seem to last 37116 order number obviously i tried all the items your customer service department suggested , and excepted the £30 as while annoying as mentioned in review the battery usage suggests still have full mah Now the 300mah one has done exactly the same suggesting i have 90mah full in an hour but if leave charging seems ok Strange but the 280mah is different type of casing and no issues Thankyou

I am/was interested in making a large purchase from Eco-Worthy, but given they dont even reply to enquiries about which of their products would best suit my needs, I think I'll look elsewhere. The enquiry was simple and not rocket science - which battery setup to choose. That's it and they cant even reply to that??? This does not inspire confidence in their product. Imagine how a warranty claim will be dealt with! Plenty of competition about who will answer me.

I ordered the 280AH battery, the DC_to_DC charger, the solar controller, and the 3000W inverter. I haven't used the equipment yet, but everything looks solid and well-made. The only issue was that I accidentally ordered the wrong inverter one quick call and they handled it immediately. I sent it back and received a refund with no hassle. Overall, a great experience.

I have bought 2 solar panels, a solar controller, 2 100AH lithium batteries and 2 mains chargers. The quality of the items are OK but the Customer Service or technical backup is appalling. I have a faulty mains charger and my emails, when they can be bothered to reply, are hopeless. Is it a language problem. So when I asked for a replacement communication ceased. I think the problem with buying from the ROC is they don't have a returns system. I once bought an Allpowers 2000w charger and they just wrote it off. The same with Temu. You can't send things back so they just ignore you if there is a problem. If you want to buy from eco-worthy I suggest using AMZ or EBY because then you have some backup.

Bought 2 LIFEPO4 batteries, read the instructions for tightening the terminal bolts and one snapped off in the battery, rendering it unusable. Customer services offered to replace it, but replacement it took 11 days to arrive, so I missed a deadline when they were needed. They offered a refund for one of the batts. Once it arrived I raised a tech question about voltages as they weren't as high as their literature suggested. Took 2 weeks and multiple emails to be told that literature was out of date, and in fact these batts just have a lower voltage. I guess you get what you pay for. Customer service was pretty awful, didn't respond clearly or comprehensively and responses and remediation slow. I would not buy from this company again.

It was the after service taking days to come back . The first mppt was faulty and would only work with Bluetooth. They replaced and now the second one works on the box and not on Bluetooth. I’m not getting anywhere now so it looks like I’ll just have to live with it . Although going forward I’ll be getting any other solar equipment from other companies. Andy

Sadly iv tried multiple ways to get the eco lcd display to tell me how many house I have left but its always 99.95 the k on my reason I paid £70 was so I could see how much estimated time I have left lol
