Unbelievable scammers
Missing items from order, undecapacity battery, no company in UK to find justice in court, customer service lies, nothing will be solved, they just want you to give up,which I did..hope your company will become bankrupt. To do bussiness with companies from China, must be incredibly stupid. Never again. See China? Pass over.

Would give 1* but as partial refund given 2*. Not recommended.
Bought 2 LIFEPO4 batteries, read the instructions for tightening the terminal bolts and one snapped off in the battery, rendering it unusable. Customer services offered to replace it, but replacement it took 11 days to arrive, so I missed a deadline when they were needed. They offered a refund for one of the batts. Once it arrived I raised a tech question about voltages as they weren't as high as their literature suggested. Took 2 weeks and multiple emails to be told that literature was out of date, and in fact these batts just have a lower voltage. I guess you get what you pay for. Customer service was pretty awful, didn't respond clearly or comprehensively and responses and remediation slow. I would not buy from this company again.

Prompt deliveries
Prompt deliveries. The actual two batteries arrived together even though one tracking number was initially showing 'not yet in system'. This was quickly rectified by EcoWorthy Logistics when I queried it.

Great adds and presale promotions shame about the customer service
Great adds and presale promotions but once your sold the customer service is none existent. Have had nothing but grief from the point of sale and so I am trying to return the product for a refund and it seems as if they have moved on If you buy from this company after reading this then GOD help you if you have to get customer service Eco Worthy in reading please contact or reply here

shed kit (600w inverter, 50ah battery)
I bought the smallest shed kit as I've never owned solar panels before. Charges my laptop, phone, and rechargeable Hyundai electric tools. I'm going to try a low watt panel heater on it next. Only problem I had was accidentally leaving the inverter on overnight and it drained the 50ah battery. Would definitely recommend.
