Dollar Shave ClubReviews of uk.dollarshaveclub.com

just avoid - items dont turn up - you get the same reply from them - we are working to get your order - its a pity as the product is good although pricy - save yourself the grief and get Harrys - I dont think their product is as good - but at least their orders turn up and you can at least go to boots and get

I ordered from them and they took the money on 23 June and nothing arrived. I have since emailed several times, and had emails saying it was on the way. It wasn't, so have now cancelled. Appalling service. The emailing people are polite and appear helpful, but their fulfilment system seems broken. I would not recommend them.

Quality shaver! Ditch the overpriced Gillette and move over to Dollar Shave Club! I highly recommend!

i have used every shave club in the uk to see which i liked the most. this one wins for me as the shaver has good weight and it gives a nice close shave without giving me a rash or cuts which i am prone too. it shaves just like gillette but feels more solid and heavy in the hand. i used the 6 blade set which now works out at £8 per month for 4 blades which sounds great value and it is but if you shave everyday you may need 8 blades per month so £16 i make the 4 blades last by having less shaves. i look upon blades as a male tax,lol now they other stuff now like shaving cream ect. the shampoo made my head itch and the other stuff i did not think was as good as the blades so will not bother with them again. i found them abit costly but they had a nice smell. i still use dsc as the blades are as good as gillette and the holder better then gillette but alot less money then gillette

I have been using their blades for about 2 years now. Cannot get better ones in a supermarket (unless you want to pay three times more). One box lasts me a few months so it's great value (but depending how often you shave). The website was a bit broken when I first started using it, but it's all fixed now and easy to postpone a delivery. I won't be getting back to rubbish supermarket razors anytime soon.

They have great customer service which solved my issue

Terrible company. This company have taken money for products I haven't received. No possible way of contacting them because they never reply! DO NOT BUY!

I've been using DSC for a few months. The blades I find good, as are the prices. However, I've had a 'non-received' box of blades and trying to contact the company for 'customer services' is impossible. There isn't a telephone number, and my message sent via their website has been unanswered which is very disappointing. I've tried again but don't hold out much hope. I'll be cancelling once this issue is sorted (well, if I ever get a response!).
