I loved DSC; quick and easy shipments, easy to pause or cancel, everything about the service is 5 stars! But the actual product is awful. I used DSC for years and always though my skin irritation was unavoidable, until a friend suggested a try a different razor. Sounds trivial but I did and the difference was night and day! In hindsight, these razors gave me the worst shave. Maybe this is just for my sensitive skin, but wow do I wish I left DSC sooner. Cheap blades mean cheap shave!

DSC offer an incredible range of products which I thoroughly enjoy using, so props to them for that! However, there delivery service is absolutely appalling. For a company built on delivering stuff, I can't believe that this is tolerated. They keep using Covid-19 as an excuse but I've never seen such awful delivery from any online retailer. And when others do experience Covid-related delays, I receive an apology, and often, a discount. No chance of hearing anything proactively from DSC. If you do stick with them for the products, as I am for now, order your stuff well in advance. That's what you have to put up with as a DSC UK customer.
