They took the piss taking weeks to arrive so I had to cancel when it hit well over 2 weeks and it was a pain to cancel with no real human to speak to would not recomend

It's a good product at the good price. At first, I thought it might be expensive, but after using it, I believe the quality really justifies the price.

Terrible service

After my previous positive review I'm afraid to say that my experience had now taken a turn for the worst. I was notified that my scooter had shipped on the 4/11/22 After following the tracking information for many days without seeing any changes to the status of my shipment I contacted the customer service team who then took over a week to tell me that the item hasn't actually shipped due to the scooter needing to be on a pallet. Apparently they don't have this arrangement with their courier, DPD, and they were trying to quickly resolve this and actually have my scooter shipped to me. Almost 3 weeks later and that hasn't happened. Getting useful information from them was like pulling teeth and I found myself getting increasingly frustrated by their unwillingness to tell me what was happening. This episode has spooked me and I've decided to cancel my order. Let's see if I get my refund without any muppetry. Update- they processed the refund in 24 hours so I thought it was only fair to mention this. Shame they weren’t more responsive about the actual order/delivery ……….

Pre ordered a p65 scooter, website said pre orders would be delivered late October early November. Beginning of November, my batteries were failing on my existing scooter, I contacted customer service to see they had an update on delivery, to be told there was an issue with delivery, and would need to re order on the website. Trouble being, they still have my money, so I can't re order until have a refund. every time I phone I am told they will have to get a certain person to ring me back. They do ring back, but as soon as you answer the call they hang up, and then send you an email saying they were unable to contact you. After such poor customer service I will not be purchasing any Segway product, and I am just hoping that it doesn't take legal action to get my refund.

I placed a pre order for the GT2P scooter on their website mid August. It clearly stated that the order will be dispatched between the end of august and early September. Also, I had an option of adding a free gift on to my order. However, when I went to place the order on their website, I was being charged for the free gift. So I called up customers service to understand why this was happening. A lady called Lucy said to place the order without the free gift, then once it has been placed, I should call back and ask for the free gift to be added manually. That is exactly what I done. However, when I called her back she said she needs to speak to head office and the warehouse to get them to do it. After 2 weeks of calling and chasing, I was finally told that head office approved it. However, 2 days later I got an email asking me if I would like to add a free gift to my order. I assumed this free gift topic was dealt with and the matter was resolved. But this email confused me so I called the customer service again and Lucy stated this was just a generic email sent to all customers. I went on to ask about the estimated delivery date of my scooter, considering we were within the delivery time bracket that they stated when I placed the order. She said she has no information to give me. I called up again a week later, and again I was told the same thing. She even told me if I’m not happy to just cancel my order. She was rude and unprofessional. I then asked to speak to a manager and she said that she would have to schedule a callback for a manager to call me. A week went by and still no call. So I called again and Lucy said she will chase it. The next day some man called Sean contacted me stating he is the manager. I explained everything to him and he had the same attitude as Lucy. Unprofessional and rude. He even said that the scooter won’t be delivered until the end of September. He told me if I’m not happy with that, I should either cancel the order or just wait. Seems like the scooter won’t be coming any time soon so I emailed them to cancel my order. Let’s see if they will fulfil the cancellation. Waste of time. Considering The price I paid for this scooter(£2700) they should be treating me as a valued customer rather than delaying my order and being rude to me in the process. Honestly, stay well clear of these people.

Tried to return my purchase within 14 days of purchase but heras nothing from customer service even after 3 emails sent. Definitely avoid

It has been 3 months that I have sent my scooter for repair. But even I can not get any reply from customer services. I have my e-mail archive. I can share, if anyone wants to see.
