I accidentally ordered the wrong locks. All I wanted to do was exchange them. UHS makes it extremely difficult to return or exchange. Plus, a 25% restocking fee. ($522) to "restock" four locks that are still in their original boxes. Very poor business decision.

Scammers! They sold a update to my machine, never worked! almost 700us! Call they refuse the refund! Contested on the card they provide fake documents to keep my money! I''ll go to the court against them! Do not buy nothing from this store! They are criminals!

They only sent 1. The ups delivery pic showed only 1. Tried repeatedly to discuss a replacement or refund and spoke with someone who does not understand how customer service works. Still waiting for refund and communication stopped. Also they sent an item I did not order and trying to return but they did not even want to discuss the return of their expensive item. I blame the specific rep I dealt with and the owner has no idea I am sure.

Trash company to work for. Nepotism exist in this company and Racism is everywhere that's starting from the person in charge and down to the associate.

The contractor was supposed to call me half hour before showing up, instead, he just showed up and didn’t wanna wait for me to get there costing me a lot of problems with my tenants that we’re supposed to move the next day. The lady on the phone was very condescending stay away from this company., bad service. That communication, bad everything and has all over bad reviews.

These people will try to scam you out of a 100 bucks even when they are wrong and even after you have spent 10s of thousands of dollars each year with them. I mean even when they order the wrong software license for you and can't get the right one after days, still want you to pay for the software because they don't refund software purchases. deceptive pricing. They show the price for the item you are wanting, but when you get to the shipping, the cost of shipping is equal to or more than the item itself! The price is fake, since they add it to the overpriced shipping. I.E. I looked at buying a transponder key for $12.99. Shipping was $15.00! It wasn't overnight, or even 3 day shipping. It was for putting the key in an envelope and sending it to me! Totally unethical
