The taste is one that you have to get used to but it is healthier than other fizzy drinks. My issue is the company is very quick to take your money but when you want to cancel your subscription you can’t reach them or they don’t respond. They are totally unethical in their dealings with customers and just want the money and do everything to hold onto it. Avoid them!

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews, there is simply no taste to the product. Love the idea, but not the execution. I also had an issue in that even though I hadn’t set up an account, I was automatically subscribed, and ended up being charged for a second case that I didn’t knowingly order. Ridiculously- in order to cancel I had to go and set up an account! I’m afraid I simply can not recommend this company.

Disappointing taste, very chemically and not a natural fruit flavour. The tropical flavour is disgusting, we ended up throwing them away. The lime flavour is barely drinkable. Would not recommend.

The drinks are lightly flavoured carbonated water, I love that the products have no sugar or sweeteners or artificial ingredients but it’s at a cost, don’t expect this to taste like a can of pop, it’s lightly flavoured water which is nice if that’s what you’re expecting! The weird thing is, I think these give me a headache! When I first got them I drank a few and a day later had a headache. I've not drank them for about a month and had a couple yesterday and now have a headache again! Cant figure out why, it could be coincidence

Ugly is great! It's natural. It's ethical. It's recyclable. It tastes good. I stopped drinking any soda with huge amounts of sugar and artificial additives. You just shouldn't expect it to taste like your regular soda, because it's not going to since it's not a regular soda. Triple berry is great, peach and lemon are not bad and tropical is my less favourite.

Absolutely disgusting. The one review saying 'hurr durr they taste nice with Gin'. Ugly's advertising isn't aiming itself at that crowd, it's claiming to be a soft drink you can drink and enjoy by itself. Taste for every flavour was basically carbonated water with a not very nice at all aftertaste.

I kept seeing these advertised on Facebook and as I'm diabetic and don't like having too much sweetener i caved and placed an order. I had read the info on their website about how the drink is made so was expecting a lightly sparkling and slightly fruity flavoured drink without the sweetener aftertaste. I bought a case of 24 mixed flavours. My first taste was met with a grimace I'm afraid to say. This drink is 99.9% heavily carbonated water and 0.01% perfumed fruit. Any kind of flavour comes from the smell and it's so faint that i would have preferred carbonated water as I'd have known what to expect. I struggle to drink them and as such the carbonation has gone before i manage half a can and they're then truly undrinkable. A lot of effort has been put in to marketing and packaging but that's the only compliment i can give unfortunately.
