I’m not one to be suckered in with online ads/marketing, but Ugly caught my attention with their branding - really nice and on point. Their website seems to offer only large quantities, which as a first time buyer I didn’t want to commit to that extent, so I bought a four pack from Sainsbury’s to try. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed. I got the Tropical flavour yet all I could taste was carbonated water with the slightest hint of what seemed to be a chemically made flavouring. It wasn’t pleasant and probably won’t be buying it again.

Everyone needs to calm down with any negative reviews. Does any one buy tonic water? Ugly is absolutely brilliant with gin. No to mention, their brand visuals is so cute.

Wanted to try something new so decided to get Ugly Pineapple flavour. Honest to God Vodka tastes better than this crap. Never again!

ordered 29th Jan - still no sign of order - twitter support are useless and just say they're looking into it and will get back to you but never do. Glad I paid on PayPal to claim my money back.

The Triple Berry is fantastic, absolutely delicious. Tastes almost like a subtle grape soda. However none of the other flavours are particularly nice in my opinion. The Orange and Lemon/Lime should have been great, but there's something weird about the taste.

Triple Cherry...erm I don’t think so, tasted of...well carbonated water. It’s clear, so how and why put a impression on the can it’s Cherry coloured. Cherry juice is reddish, so how can it be clear Of course all that doesn’t matter as it has NO taste at all Ridiculous

This brand puts the ug in ugly. I want to support brands that are cause-oriented, but you also have to be able to run it like an actual business. Their e-comm platform is remedial and I couldn't complete an order. I emailed customer service and went days without a response. Then a product I did not order at all shows up. I then hear from a customer service person named Andrew that he had just been brought on to fix a bunch of problems while at no time providing a solution to the issue at hand, which was completing a subscription order. One that I probably would have let run indefinitely, so you'd think they would want my business. Let's talk about the product. I had gotten a sample box from them so I could see which flavors I liked. Four flavors. Lemon Lime was the best, the Peach was passable, the Watermelon and the Cherry were not good, even my sink drain didn't like them. Maybe an ugly experience is on brand for them, but I ain't buying.
