overpriced, zero flavor. sorry Ugly, its back to the drawing board for you guys

Ugly water, specifically the cherry, tastes like straight up carbonation. When you drink it you get a hint of cherry without actually experiencing the flavor. You can taste the carbonation, which, to no surprise since it's a bitterant, tastes awful. At least when you burp you don't get the bitter flavor... you get the hint of the cherry flavoring you wish it had. It's not sweet at all, in fact it's the opposite----it tastes like something that's purposely made to be bitter so you don't drink it, like cleaner.

I came here and I'm absolutely astonished by the bad reviews. It seems that everyone expects Ugly to taste sweet like Diet 7UP or similar drinks, but this is carbonated water with natural flavourings, so don't expect it to be like normal sodas. I find Ugly very refreshing and a great alternative to the norm. Zero calories, no artificial additives and natural flavourings too. If you are used to zero calorie drinks full of artificial sweeteners and flavours, then maybe this is not for you. Now to customer service.... I originally subscribed to get a better discount and had no problem in cancelling. Delivery..... I ordered 24 Cherry and 24 Lemon/Lime yesterday and they are being delivered today. Not bad as it's free delivery imo. I've got no doubt that I'll be ordering again, but it's to my taste. It's not for everyone, but people don't seem to know what to expect.

Ugly drinks have the remarkable ability to simultaneously be tasteless and also taste like crap.

It has no taste no sugar! it is the least favorite in the whole wide world it is ridiculous utterly ridiculous!.

Taste of the Dr. Ugly and Cherry Cola ok, but the entire case of Dr. Ugly was devoid of carbonation/pressurization. I sent a message to them and have gotten no response. Ugly company.

I wanted to find an alternative to drinking fizzy drinks such as a Coke Zero for example. The pack of Cherry flavoured Ugly drinks has been the solution for these cravings so far. With regards to the negative opinions over the taste. I went in open minded expecting it to be awful but was pleasantly surprised. Whilst it does not and is not going to compare to your regular sweetened drinks, it's perfectly consumable for me and I'd highly recommend to others. My only critique so far is that i do find it to be a bit more bubbly than your regular go-to brands. Looking forward to trying out some of the other flavours.

The service was excellent. Fast free delivery and good communications. The drinks however were awful. I bought 24 cans of cherry and 24 cans of tropical. Both my adult son and myself found them tasteless and far too fizzy. The initial mouthful was ok but then it tasted like carbonated water. Very disappointed.
