These people have once again cheated me! They did this to me 2 years in a row now! So what they do is sell seeds and plants, and they collect the $ upfront and then promise to send you the seeds or plants when the proper time to plant for your area comes, however I am waiting now for 75 days for them to send my order but my order is still missing, I have tried to contact them however they cannot be contacted by phone, so I have emailed them and they will not respond. I filed a dispute with my credit card issuer/bank and am waiting for the merchant to explain where either my money is or my seeds/plants. I will never order again from this place, they lie! and do not deliver as agreed!

I bought 1lb bag of Virginia jumbo peanuts seeds early April 2024 & planted them on 4/11/2024, today is 4/2 6/2024,not even one sprouted.This is the first time it happened after 32 years of planting peanuts.Never happened when I bought peanuts from others.

Horrific and non-existent customer service. Just the WORST. They decide they don't want to answer phone calls anymore. So they can at least provide email customer service? Right? Wrong! They did get back to me. But in a very protracted manner. I ordered seed potatoes that I had been waiting for weeks. I asked several times when I can expect the potatoes to arrive the guy answers that I am free to cancel the order at any time. I ask again, when should I expect the order to arrive, that I might just keep the order. No response. So I cancelled the order. I waited a very long time for my order last year as well. The only reason I am leaving more than one star is because their product is pretty good.

Worst customer service experience you could ever imagine! I do not recommend anyone dealing with them. I've had the worst customer service nightmare with them. They took a payment from and never refunded it back! It was a big amount. Why would they make a refund right?! They went ahead and shipped my order even though I've informed them a couple of times to cancel! (They said it was a mistake it got shipped!!!) (It was requested to be shipped with a particular courier. They did not ship it with the promised courier which is paid for! They went ahead and shipped it with whats convenient to them ( a different courier than whats promised ). They did not cancel it. Eventually, it went on its way to me!! They never answer calls and if you're lucky enough you would get an email after few days or more ! They never got back to me yet! What a surprise? Just horrible horrible experience. I’m developing an apiary and wanted a dedicated wildflower meadow to feed the pollinators. Wanted only non-gmo native plant seeds. Before placing my order, I contacted customer service (Jessica) and received guidance and suggestions that led to my purchasing seeds. She was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and responded promptly to my multiple emails. The seeds arrived, were planted and I’m happy to say I have a thriving, first year, wildflower meadow. I’m ecstatic over the service and product. I’m currently shopping for more seed for other meadows and will start with Urban Farmer seeds. Thank you for treating me well.

I ordered seed potatoes and onions for Spring 24 delivery. It says on their website that delivery for my area will be in April-May. Well, its June 20th, and I just received the seed potatoes and onions! It is way to late to plant either of them this year and the potatoes all have sprouts on them. The onions were shriveled up and smushy. I called Urban Farmer to let them know that someone made a mistake and sent my items early. She said that they were still sending deliveries for Spring, and thought I wanted them now. I told her that on their website it says shipping will be April -May. She said someone did not update the website and was rude and wanted me to pay for shipping the items back to them. I told her that is was their mistake, why should I have to pay for the return shipping. She finally agreed to pay for the return shipping but was not happy about it. Last year my order with them went very well, but I will not be ordering from them again. Too bad, I thought I had found a good place.

Placed an order in winter for 25 bare root pineberry plants plus a blueberry plant. Had to pay $11 shipping plus some weird special handling for the blueberry. Was told everything would ship in April for my zone. Got an email mid April saying my order shipped. Shipped via USPS, so now I'm already nervous that the plants will be dead when they arrive thanks to the mailman taking forever. Well 5 days later the package is delivered and it is one sad looking blueberry plant plus a refund check for the cost of the pineberry plants and a note that said sorry bad crop, refunded. I never was contacted telling me these plants would never be delivered. Never was offered a replacement plant, or a full refund. Nothing. I would've never paid $11 shipping for one silly plant. I would've just cancelled the whole order if I knew ahead of time. Such horrible customer service.

Received faulty product, refused to refund money. We got scammed out of $1,710.
