I'm in Oklahoma & ALWAYS buy my seeds from UF. It takes about 4 days to receive my package from order date. Always had about 85-95% germination. FYI-User error is real, especially if you don't read instructions and listen to others who grow the same varieties. Hot pepper takes way more time to germinate & some varieties may not be suitable for your growing zone! My bare root strawberries and Murasaki sweet potatoes are still thriving from last year.

I orders grape vines some did not grow, send them an e-mail , they send me replcements Right away, they replied Right way , very happy with them, they even send me a couple extra on my next order, good company!

these guys are great they dont charge a fortune for shipping and they are very fast. great company

I recently placed an order for seeds. They were sent out First Class Mail. I waited a few weeks and contacted Urban Farmer when they didn't arrive. They were very courteous and duplicated the order along with a tracking number. The new order arrived quickly. The following day the original order was delivered (after 3 weeks). I returned those seeds per UF. Their customer service was excellent as well as their communication.

After several weeks from ordering I contacted customer service. They shipped out a replacement order that same day. I received my seeds today. Awesome customer service! I can't wait to start my seeds and enjoy the flowers I highly recommend Urban Farmer

First time ordering with Urban Farmer and I am very pleased. I made a request to have my order shipped earlier than the growing season for my area since I have a greenhouse. My order of 50 Seascape Strawberry plants were shipped within a week. All 50 Seascape Strawberry plants arrived and were very nice and healthy looking.

I've got everything I ordered and was pretty quick on shipping haven't planted anything yet but the seeds look good 👍

I ordered 20 asparagus roots in the fall of 2025 to be delivered for 2026 spring planting. They showed up at just the the right time to avoid our spring frost. Oh and they sent extra roots. Very pleased, Daryl's Garden
