I ordered Sweet seedless tomato seeds (advertised as 7 oz. fruit). I gave them a chance 2 yrs in a row, and can tell you for a fact - they don't get any bigger than 2 oz. I tried numerous time to contact. They don't return phone calls, nor do they answer emails. I will NEVER recommend Urban Farmer to anyone nor will I ever order from them again!! They are SCAMMERS!!!! Learned the hard way!!!!

Three out of the four dahlia tubers I ordered from here were complete duds - tiny with no crowns. I tried to sprout them starting 6 weeks ago, but still nothing. I reached out to customer service last week, but never heard back. Since they will not refund me for the three duds, this means I basically paid over $40 for one viable tuber. I’ll never order from them again. Total rip off.

Placed order on the 15th of May, Their site showed it shipped on 18th of May. Contacted them on 21st of May because tracking had not shown any progress. Was told on 22nd of May that original order was just now shipping, by end of day. As of today carrier still has not received package. I would have understood if Urban Farmer had been up front and honest. Now we have wasted 2 weeks and uncertain if we will actually get our order.

For the second year in a row they have cancelled my bareroot strawberry order at the last second just before shipping. I'm a strawberry farmer and now I have to scramble to find replacements at the last min. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. Urban Farmer is a scam.

50 ridiculously small and withered rhubarb crowns were shipped in a padded flat rate envelope. Many tops were damaged by crushing. They charged me an additional $20 shipping to Alaska, but they came in a $12 padded flat rate envelope that took over a week to arrive.

Totally disappointed in this company and would not recommend buying anything from them. I placed an order on 03/21, was ro ship within 3 business days. It is now 04/03, and I have yet to receive my order. Their is NO customer service with this company.

Fool me twice. "Seed" companies are almost always a scam. I stupidly bought "hybrid" tomato seeds. Duh, they aren't going to come out as the parent plant. I didn't think it through. Still they should not be sold. Nor are they sprouting under ideal conditions (heat mat, dome, etc). when I have dozens of healthy starts, including tomatoes. Waste of time and money.
