Deepti was the utmost professional! He was knowledgeable and able to solve my issue. Once I presented my issue to him, he immediately got to the root of my problem. He took it a step further by ensuring I understood everything completely, walking me through it step by step before he ended our zoom chat. Thank you soooooo much, Deepti. My own user error was driving me insane, lol!!!!!

Madhu Pal is my savior! I purchased a book for my class under the wrong email and was having a ton of problems accessing it through my student account. Madhu was able to get my account on track and get me access with little to no issues! Thank you!!

Awesome customer service from Madhu Pal! I was given the wrong edition of a course through my campus bookstore and while nobody else would help, they were able to swap courses for me no questions asked. would give it 10 stars if i could just for that

The UI design is horrendous, the everything loads extremely slow, system continually glitches making students repeat the same task again, or never loads the lab, automatically assigns zero for labs that never could even load in, terrible excuse of an education product

Hello, my name is Tony Dedman and I’d like to share a little about uCertify. As an Instructor at our college, running a class of often 25 or more, I have found that uCertify has a very well designed method of curriculum presentation that both allows me to instruct directly or one-on-one with the students. Our Account representative, Akbar, AND THE ENTIRE SUPPORT TEAM are always quick to respond, assisting in every way. In addition to that, uCertify works with us to streamline course pricing which dramatically helps our students who are generally facing financial struggles as they prepare to get ready for their first job by LEARNING AND earning certifications. NOW - Operationally, the uCertify platform has been one of the best in LMS platforms for adding students and tracking their progress online. The Study Planner and Custom Tests are exceptional tools and all of this integrates very well on the backend with our institutional LMS where we use D2L. WE REALLY APPRECIATE uCertify!
