uBreakiFixReviews of ubreakifix.com

I recently had some issues with electronics and to visit Ubreakifix in O Fallon MO. Kudos to Sixto who works at that location for the time and efforts to help me with the situation. He will get further business from me when the need arises.

I took an old laptop in to the Reno location to get an upgraded hard drive. The person doing the work was helpful and patient with me, a near-total computer illiterate. Being happy with that result, I took a newer laptop in to get it upgraded. A different technician at the shop was was helpful and advised me that this newer laptop did not need an upgrade and suggested I contact my ISP to check on the bandwidth they were providing me.

Brought my iPod Touch with a broken charging port. I waited 5 minutes and they brought it back, fixed. They were friendly, professional and damn quick. The store I went to is the Greenfield Park (Tascheresau Boulevard) store and I will definitely go back when I need electronic items fixed.

I visited the Blue Springs location an Y’oushua … (not sure on the spelling) helped me! Great customer service!

I had a wonderful experience today at UBreakiFix in Newport News. My new phone did not sync to my computer, and I was being threatened with losing all my data. Jacob was patient, kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about Samsung products. He resolved the issue completely and took the time to explain what he had done. He even looked at the computer to ensure it was also fixed. I highly recommend him and this store.

Left S9 for battery replacement at Canton, GA store, which is tricky on this particular phone. In less than an hour Rick had a new battery installed. Price was more than fair! Very positive experience with Rick!

My experience was nothing but amazing! I came on August 22nd, 2022, the front desk/tech worker named David helped me with my iPhone XR screen replacement after I dropped my phone while working. It took about an hour to fix, but I accidentally overslept. David kindly helped me get my phone back three minutes after closing. I truly appreciated it as I work overnights shift and I need my alarm to wake me up. Phone is working perfectly and has no issues. Quick fix and affordable price. Super professional and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back if my phone ever has anymore issues. This review is for the location in Jacksonville, Florida at 9823 Tapestry Park Cir Ste 3 Jacksonville, FL 32246.

Left phone for charging port replacement. Returned to retrieve phone. Told backup business was large and not enough techs available, would take longer than estimated. Since I had a family emergency, told them I would return another day for repairs. Original estimate was about 60 bucks. Went back today to complete replacement. Problem was reviewed with available tech who found dirt on the port, cleaned it, and returned to me minutes later - in fine working condition. NO CHARGE! Asked only that I give them a good review online. HERE IT IS! Thanks for good, honest service!
