Needed a battery replaced in a Goggle Pixel 8. Don't have insurance, but Tech at S. Gilbet location researched if there was anything anyway. Wasn't, but I really appreciated the effort. Had made reservation, & work was done in less than 3hrs, as promised. Given price up front, that was the price paid. Kept promises. Phone is as good as new. 2nd time I used UbreakIfix for technology issue, & I'll go back next time there is a need.

I woke up to a phone with a bright white flashing screen. Tried to do a factory reset. Nope. Took it to Verizon and they had me take it to Ubreakifix in Southlake. I was afraid it was likely a software issue and absolutely could not be fixed and I was leaving in 2 days for Italy. Katherine (Kat) greeted me and was very professional and pleasant. She performed a brief diagnostic and advised she thought it was a disconnected cable inside the phone affecting the screen. Turns out she was correct and had me fixed in about 30 minutes. If you go, ask for KAT. I'm sure all the technicians are good. But she ROCKED it!

William provided excellent customer service and made me feel cared about by not just taking my money and fixing the problem, but by showing me another option. He showed what it really means to care about your customers. Please give him a raise.

My wife's phone was unusable as one or more viruses kept shooting useless images across the display. I took my galaxy in for a repair and dropped it off to return later. When I returned I was told my phone didn't need the expensive part at all. Instead they just put it in safe mood and it was fixed. The best was that I didn't to pay for the fix. Jacob and Jeff. You guys are amazing. I'm taking every cell phone there from now on.

I had a laptop not lighting up (not on) and took it to ubreakifix in Crown Point Indiana--they were ready to help expedite my laptop (wife's Drs needed responses). Could have been a $200 battery (it was dead--or a power cord (unusual) they tested and the battery was GOOD BUT rhe power cord was bad (very unusual)--I had brought an old cord from another laptop and they tried it and it worked. They could have charged me for a battery and cord wo me even knowing BUT they didn't and they did a terric job in cleaning up my laptop that had been corrupted for a very good price. Even went thru s couple of layouts for messages/etc I didn't like and they patiently fixed ALL the ones that I didn't care for. They are certainly customer focused!!

My phone had something lodged in my charging port. I tried to clear it myself but failed. The staff looked and repaired it for me very quickly. I'm so happy for the great service. Thank you.
