This place is an absolute scam. I don't blame the poor kid at the counter at the Kennesaw, GA store...he has obviously been trained to over sell. I had a very simple glass lense over camera on my Samsung 29FE fix. They took my appointment then even after I told him what we needed he insisted I needed a full back half of the phone replaced at $90 + I showed him the forum showing the fix and the part to do it with. He insisted "We don't do that" ...needless to say, I left the store and purchased the necessary part for less than $10... problem solved. Beware

Ive taken in my phone twice. First was my fault but second the screen started randomly scrolling and clicking. Now i have issues and I can’t even turn my phone on. The sound works i here it every time i get a message. Tomorrow I will go in and see if there warranty is actually real cs I don’t look forward to spending another $180 cs they did a temporarily fix. Go there only if you want a temporary fix you’ll be returning to there store for an answer couple months later

Totally agree ubreakifix is total rip off - I brought my broken screen to Apple Store which quoted me $279 to replace my broken screen, kiosk guy outside store quoted me $180.. then I went outside the mall to Ubreakifix and service person quoted me $349!!! Why would a place that only fixes broken devices charge soo much - owned by an insurance company that’s why - actuaries figure out the number of yingyangs who will pay and the number who will walk away plus how much they can write off for recycled parts

3 rd class service, delivery boy behavior very bed and low class material, 4 days ho gaye but koi bhi replace ke liye nhi aa raha

I wish I could put 000 star. I brought my HP laptop to the Pembroke Pines location with a replacement cover just to have them exchange it. They opened my laptop and broke it down. It was working perfectly until I took it to them. In fact, my daughter was using it on weekdays and homeschooling. I was using it during the weekends for zoom calls among other things. This is so frustrating! When I was expecting them to call me to tell me it was ready, they never did. When I called them, I was told that it would not turn on. I let my husband handle it. I already knew that they broke my laptop and it was over. They convinced my husband to take the laptop to the Davie store. There, they also spent weeks not calling us until my husband decided to show up and take the laptop. Now here we are with a broken, useless laptop. We believe that Ubreakifix broke the laptop, took parts from it, and just broke it further as just the LCD needed to be exchanged. They are simply thieves and breakers. This business needs to be shut down. No transparency. No accountability. Name change: "UbreakIbreakfurther". Beware!!

Hello, I just came back from ubreak i fix store. I was waiting in line and there were 2 employees at the store. They each had a customer and I was the next. I was standing in line with my laptop and waited. One employee was gabbing with a customer the other employee was quiet and talking to his customer. I waited for about 30 minutes. I did not say anything to any of them. I felt like I was a little kid and being punished for the isolation and I felt like crying. I finally left. I do not write bad reviews about employees but I felt soo sad that I had to do this. This store was in overland park, Kansas. This happened in November 2021

I walked in for a shattered iPad screen. The clerk gave me a quote of $309 for the repair, and said it would take more than a week. I declined. I called up another store 4 minutes away. They charged $90 and got the job done in an hour.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR WARRANTY SERVICE! I brought my Samsung here under warranty and they had it for THREE WEEKS! During that time I received no emails, no calls. I had to hound them and make multiple in-person trips for info. I had to ASK for a receipt on day 9 - they'd given me nothing! During that time the Samsung warranty expired and uBreakiFix says they can't fix it! Samsung says no ticket was ever entered thus there's no record of me ever bringing it in! Now I'm on the hook to pay cash for the repair/replacement! STAY AWAY!
