I shattered the back of my iPhone 16 pro max, so going through my insurance they set an appointment for ubreakifix to repair it. I took my phone on the scheduled appointment, the process was easy, the staff friendly and three hours later my phone was repaired looking brand new😊all done free of charge. I will definitely recommend anyone that need their phone repaired to ubreakifix.

My friend's phone was unusable due to several unwanted apps and viruses popping up on the display. We took it to AT&T and they said it was unusable and tried to sell us another phone, but after more than 30 minutes of explaining my friend did not want to get used to another phone, they finally mentioned we could try uBreakiFix. I took it to our local 29th Street Grand Rapids MI store near Center Pointe Mall and Tim fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Not only was there no charge for this fix, but Tim explained how to fix it ourselves if it happens again. This is an excellent service with knowledgeable and customer oriented staff. I will be using them for future tech needs and will recommend without reservation.
