SCAM. SENT switch in got estimate and paid after they had for weeks then call to tell me they needed more $ and it was different this time and then charged 60$ cancel fee when nothing states in there policy that. The lady at Hamden connecticut is the biggest scammer location when they acted like there building where they get packages for repair is a separate business location yet the same lady at that place answered there store phone today lmao. They will scam you don't send here trust me. It's disgusting that 250$ to replace a port and then after she says they spoke with the tech who looked it over and came to that decision was now it's more to cover the same part location I paid all ready for. Then want 270 and owww it magically has liquid damage now which by saying that closes out my warranty under repair fix, never had water touch it once. The lady got put in her place and had nothing to say and then 3 times back tracked her story on the part I needed to pay for was included then wasn't and then owe im reading more now as she said earlier the same thing but failed and changed it to it was included so I had my switch sent back and charged 60$ still what BS I WILL SEE YOU UN COURT. unfortunately for you I have no liability form signed or anything and a recording of our agreement contract which in Connecticut is just as good as a written agreement. Asurion covers this business to. Sick part.

Made my computer worse which is amazing. went to see if they could repair my computer since it was freezing/crashing a lot and when I got my computer back it is in worse shape than before and crashes more than ever. Do not go to the 1804 Jonesboro Rd, McDonough, GA 30253 store. total rip off. I cant even play my games the same way anymore and now i have to find a replacement computer.

Went to the South Huntsville, AL store. They didn't tell me how much it was going to cost. I had read somewhere that the digitizer (glass) replacement was about $120. So when it was finished, they said that my glass replacement was $359! What a rip-off! I should have checked in this site first to see their rating and I paid the price for not doing my research. This company is a bunch of scammers. I would never trust this company ever with anything. Didn't disclose the repair costs and just gave me a huge bill that I had no choice but to pay. Buyer beware!

Took my computer in bc of some pop-ups and after "repairs" it is very slow to the point that it is unuseable. I took it back again and now it is even worse. Stay away.

This company is RIDICULOUS! Every person you talk to lies!! One day they say it will take 4 hrs to fix, the next time 1 week to fix, then 2 weeks to fix!! THIS is the last time they will get my business. SHUT THE DOORS!!

STAY AWAY! I took my Samsung S23 Ultra in to get the screen replaced under the Samsung care insurance per Samsungs request. I was told that it would be ready in 2 hours. We returned in 2 hours to be told that it would be another 1.5 hours. When we returned we were told that the phone was ready but that they could not release the phone until Samsung gave them approval. We spent 4 hours on the phone with Samsung. Samsung said that they sent it over but the store said they never got it. I even offered to pay for the repair out of pocket but they still refused to release my phone. Finally Samsung told the employee to replace the old screen and to give the phone to us. They then advised us to take it to another shop, get it repaired and to send them the invoice and they would reimburse us. We did just that but when we took it to the other shop they opened the phone and had found that the employee of the UBREAKIFIXIT had purposely smashed the motherboard before putting it back together. Im livid!!! Be sure to read the reviews on all websites and you will find that they are known for this scam! When I dropped off my phone they gave me a reciept that stated that my phone was in good working condition and that only the screen needed to be replaced. DO NOT USE THIS STORE

I Would give uBreakiFix a ZERO rating if I could! PLEASE DO your RESEARCH ! Take the time to go onto Reddit for a HONEST review or Trust Pilot also Google uBreakiFix, SO MANY ONLINE COMPLAINTS about this company ! I unfortunately DID NOT do my research and I seriously REGRET it ! I am also taking the time to file a full report with the Better Business Bureau and The Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The CEO (Dave Barbuto) of this company is allegedly a Veteran, but the company has no problem Lying Scamming and Cheating consumers! I am taking the time to report uBreakiFix because I am OVER Deceitful business practices that take advantage of people, IT'S NOT OK!

I took my apple ipad in to replace the glass on it which was broken. They said they could do it. The charged us $100.00 for that plus sold us insurance which we did not want, they forced us to get it. Come to find out later that that insurance was per month, which they had not told us about. We immediately called the company and told them to get rid of the insurance, that we had not asked for. In any case, the iPad worked only for one day, than it stopped working all together. I know that this store was recently purchased by a gentleman from Ireland, he told me things would be different now that he took over. Things are not different, they still try to screw you any time they can. They broke our iPad somehow and are not taking the responsibility to fix it at all. The staff remains the same as before, so it is pretty much “business as per usual”. They will screw you any time that they can, and the don’t give a damn if they actually brake your product. I am sure I’m not the only person that they have done this to.
