Happy with my glasses and excellent customer service

Great selection to pick from! Unique frames!

I received my glasses very quickly. Ordering is easy and I absolutely love them. I had no problems whatsoever I will buy again from them. They fit perfect.

I ordered my glasses a week ago and, after chatting withem, I'm not getting my glasses for another two weeks. My glasses from eyebuydirect and Zenni both got here within a week. Their excuse was the it takes 5-7 days to make the lenses. I asked why thhey're taking so long when other sites got mine to me so much sooner and their AI chat just repeated the line. I won't be ordering from them again.

I bought 9 pairs of glasses from this site since the prices were so good. Ended up with a prescription discrepancy on a few. Their customer support team not only helped me figure out my rx but was also kind and patient and worked with me for weeks in order to replace a few mostly for free. My new glasses came in the mail and they were prefect. And was shipped out in a timely fashion. 5/5 experience. Customer for life.

The communication prior to filling my prescription was good, although it seems perhaps it was misunderstood due to language barriers and the glasses I received had the wrong prescription. I entered the Rx information, and also scanned my prescription. Prescription is for progressive lenses, but I requested single vision lenses for distance only. I clarified this with a customer service rep, but the glasses still came with the incorrect prescription. The quality of frames and lenses was great, but I wish I could actually wear them. The return process was also very complicated and now I am stuck with them.

The site is legit. The glasses are of good quality with well manufactured frames and the lenses are great. My vision is clear, I don't feel off kilter when I wear them. I'm really happy with the purchase. The only thing that wasn't great was the shipping, however that's not Ublins' fault. They had my glasses processed and made then shipped within 5 business days. Once they were shipped it took about 2 weeks to arrive. Most of those days were spent sitting in Chicago airport, unmoving. But again, that's a USPS issue, not Ublins. 100% would purchase from Ublins again, really great quality and comfortable to wear. I adore my glasses.
