Ordered an unusual item. Listed as "goggle" but more of a face shield, with ear pieces, temples, whatever. Wanted something that I could wear on my bike when it's raining to keep the water out of my face. The item is pretty well designed, and seemed like it would work, but the plastic lens was defective, with a white smear like a fog all over the lens. Seemed to be an interior defect in the plastic. No detectable roughness from abrasion. Just a distortion of the otherwise clear lens. Customer support person was considerate, but said the problem was damage during shipment. This didn't seem likely. Then suggested I choose another item, which would not be susceptible to such damage. If they can't guarantee delivery of an item they are selling, they should remove it from their offerings. So, responsive customer service, but questionable product quality and information.

My glasses came pretty quickly. I was very happy with the service and customer care that was provided.

I ordered glasses several weeks ago. I have emailed and have not received a response. I also tried calling them, and it goes right to voicemail, and no call back. I am not happy with their customer service. I'm even wonder if I will receive my glasses at all.
