Hi Alex! We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not up to your expectations. I have double-checked on your parcel's status and it was indeed delivered to your mailbox. We completely understand the frustration this may bring, whereby your parcel's status shows to be delivered but you were unable to retrieve your items. This is a rare occasion, but may happen. We usually deem such issues as a lost/stolen parcel issue. We highly encourage all our customers to add Parcel Insurance to all orders placed in order for us to easily replace lost/stolen parcels. Nonetheless, we have allowed a replacement since this the first time this happened to your order and we have requested for a lost parcel claim document from you via email but we have yet to receive a response. Do send us the required information in order for us to send your free replacement. Thank you!

Hi Lamar, We sincerely apologise for the huge delay in the fulfilment of your order. I can see from your order history that you have faced some out of stock issues for the pair you have originally ordered. Our production team produces limited batches for every model to sustain our highest standard of quality. Nonetheless, we have raised your feedback to our team and we will make the necessary improvements and adjustments on our end in order for us to avoid stock issues in the future. I believe your concerns have been resolved via our customer service outlets and your Travis Scott x AJ 1 Low Reverse Mocha has been successfully delivered to your shipping address. We hope you liked what you received!

Hi Wilbert, I have checked on your order and it was refunded due to failure of payment verification. Our payment gateway is sensitive to any transaction that may have been flagged or related to fraudulent transactions or simply a routine check on certain transactions, such as yours. This is routinely done by our finance team to ensure that all transactions with UAPLG are true and legitimate to keep all our customers' payments safe. We have sent you multiple emails and reminders to verify your payment but we did not receive any response, in which it is protocol for us to proceed with a direct refund, unfortunately, if the payment was not verified. We are sorry that your order did not go through this time, but we hope to serve you again in the future and have your order processed and delivered successfully!
