They tricked me
They tricked me. On the sales call I ask to know all the cost up front to know what to expect once I have my business. They told me it would cost me 12K AED to renew my business license. Now that I completed the process, they are asking me to pay 20K AED to renew my business license.
I ask the price to add someone with visa on my company. They quoted me 8,000 AED. Once my company was created and wanted to add someone, they changed the price to 11,000 AED.
In their quote, the banking assistance and coordination was included and 500 AED was allocated for this service. Once my business was created and had my emirates ID, I was ready to proceed with the bank account creation and they would simply tell me that it was not included and I have to pay something like 1500 AED for it. I had to go back and forth 3 times by sending them proof of payment and their initial quotes, they tried to make me pay 1500 AED... Wasted 2 weeks and I had to send an email to threat them that I will report them if they don't proceed with the service I paid, and they did it after.
Go with another agency... They are overpriced, they trick you by changing their price once you are locked in.

This is an organized FRAUD OPERATION disguised under the name of the state of Emirates and glossy presentations. They have taken five thousand pounds to open a bank account for me in UAE, I ended up with a bank in Lithuania. I have written to His Royal Highness the Amir of Dubai and hopping that I see justice. Why should I pay thousands of pounds to open a bank account in Lithuania? The staff is professional crooks. Don't ever deal with them. I have all the emails and recorded meetings with them. I intend to write to all the news papers in the Gulf to warn people. They write to me an email that they successfully fulfilled their obligation. Yes they did very well by siphoning my five thousand pounds

In relation to the review, all services contracted have been delivered as per your Service Agreement (obviously signed and accepted by you) this clearly defines the services contracted
You were made aware from the onset that your new company which has already been successfully established can only secure banking in Dubai if you have a residency visa as this is a condition of all banks in the UAE.
If you do not have residency visa then only offshore accounts can be applied for and these offshore accounts are exactly what the word states OFFSHORE - this means not in Dubai.
You have been made aware that your company can be upgraded to accommodate your residency and you have not yet replied if you would like to proceed with this or not.
You have also been made aware that you can apply as a non resident for a personal bank account and that this would be possible subject to meeting the necessary banking conditions.
Please note that the Business Set Up & Licensing Consultant that you have been working with is highly experienced and that we set up hundreds of companies in the UAE therefore there is no way that he would have been able to explain this incorrectly and in any case the agreement which you signed is very clear.
I note that you may have tried to open up bank accounts in the UAE and have not been successful, however you were specifically advised that for this you needed residency which again I would like to let you know you can obtain

Paid 3.4k EURS for the company formation. And now the money is gone.
No company was formed as I've given a bogus excuse that the government refused and this has never happened before.
My advice is to think again before paying these extortionate fees. Also be ready to lose your money and these online companies are fraudsters.

As communicated we are still to date addressing the issue as to why your application has been declined and have requested that it be clarified if this is to do with matters of due diligence or red flags on you or if it this purely based on your Nationality.
We are able to provide documentary proof that your application has been declined by the International Free Zone Authority.

Still waiting for bank account set up after 6 months
I engaged EEG to set up a company and bank account for me. They told me that the bank account would take 2 weeks to set up. It has been 6 months and they have been unable to set up the bank account citing a range of various excuses.
Even when asking them to provide me with certain information they take more than one week to reply to my emails.

So now EEG has updated their response and changed my name just 2 mins after I posted. Not sure how they could have figured out who I am and reviewed my file in 2 mins given that i) they only just realised what my first name was; and ii) my last name is not on this post.
Finally, I got an email from EEG yesterday apologising for the delay of the services and advising that they need more time. Obviously, Adrian has no idea what is going on with my file as his comment below contradicts what the company has said to me and the company has definitely not provided the services under the contract.
Note to Adrian; please do not engage in misleading and deceptive conduct.

The worst services, just avoid it, I really don't recommend it
We paid these guys almost 7,000 Euros to open 2 companies for us in Dubai, together with 2 bank accounts and the related payment instruments, which should be a formality and according to them just a matter of 1-2 weeks time frame to be completely.
They required payment in advanced, their fees are the most expensive from UAE and after more than 6 months they didn’t deliver the services, just send us some certificates of companies opened in another emirate and no bank accounts or cards or online banking access, which makes these companies useless. Also, after a few months, we visited Dubai for a few days at their request to meet them, which increased our costs even more.
Basically, they are promising one thing and delivered something else entirely, and even this, incompletely and with huge delays.
When we asked them for the reimbursement, because they didn’t do anything after many months of reverting to them and asking them what happening, with no response from their side, they just told us that from their part the services are delivered?!
Also, we received some emails from them with the mention we must pay the annual license fee, when they didn't deliver the initial services!!!
Very poor communication, quite rude, only money oriented, lack of interest and focus, nobody from their office seems to care of their customers and I didn’t see any lawyer there, just a few secretaries.
It was a very bad experience for us, we lost our money and we didn’t obtain anything back.
We will follow the legal path to take back our money and inform all our partners, including the local ones, about this company.
I strongly advice anybody to avoid this company and to learn from our bad experience, it looks there are plenty of more reliable companies there, with much lower fees.
LATE EDIT: After this review, they asked Trustpilot to delete it and send me an email that it is our fault and they don't reimburse our money, because it is not their policy! It looks that the legal path is the only option here.
