This company should not be allowed to operate. I will get my share from the lawsuit. They will close your account down if you even touch a milestone worth anything more than 50 bucks, and cashbacks they literally have full proof in app of your purchases and claim it didn’t meet criteria. Don’t let this company play you they get a paid commission and a percent goes to the ppl and they just rob ppl blind and shut accounts down. Crappy customer service and seems to be the same guy “James” other ppl have mentioned about. I do this to make extra money for my family and instead these companies rob you and have you pay money into games and then leave you in the dust and down on your own bills now. Again don’t touch this app or any single offer from tyrads

So far liking the app

Easy to win and fun to play

Tyr Rewards advertised a 2x bonus, but after I completed the tasks, I only received the regular 1x rewards. I provided clear screenshots showing the discrepancy, but support kept sending me back and forth between Tyr Rewards and the game publisher instead of resolving the issue. In the end, they simply said the rewards were correct and closed the case, refusing to respond further, without addressing why the advertised 2x promotion was not honored. Very misleading experience and extremely poor customer service. Consumers should be careful and keep screenshots of every offer before starting.
