I've had an account for years with this company. Years ago, it was amazing. Best offers on most of the games. Now? Now ill say there are some major drawbacks with them, but they do payout. And instantly like scrambly as well. If you have an issue with a ticket, or a game, in app support will fix it. Also, you absolutely wont find better offers anywhere in the ptp community for games, i guarentee it.

Okay, guys, look...apps like these are always gonna have some pitfalls. I'll be very honest. I've used Tyr for a while now. There are some things that are a little wonky. The app is a little slow. Investing a little bit into infrastructure would be nice. Also, the points system needs to be hashed out. They just recently added the display on dollars to cash out, but to cash out $1, you actually need around 137,000 points. However, the app treats 100,000 points as $1. Making this more transparent would be a big plus. But that's it for the cons. Now, the pros. They pay out super quickly. Fastest I've ever seen in a rewards app. Most of the time, we are talking minutes to PayPal. And honestly, the customer service is truly the best I've seen in the industry. They are quick to respond, especially by comparison. They are helpful and courteous. Of course, they can't solve every problem. But that's the nature of the business. Even when they can't, they try their best to make sure you feel valued and appreciated. Thanks, Tyr, for doing what you do!

They don't let you cash out and when you contact them they just ignore you.terrible that with all the complaints about this company it's still on playstore

Unbelievable, I put in work for days and completed tasks and they rejected my payouts! Out of all the apps for gaming rewards this has to be the worst, I had proof and they still rejected me, because they obviously didn't want to pay out the money. UNBELIEVABLE! DONYT waste your time, I wasted hours for nothing. Good day!

Honestly out of all the apps this is my absolute favorite to use. While I will admit it was easier to gain points last year it's still easier than most of the apps to gain points. The customer support is also top notch. They get back to you pretty quickly and nine times out of 10 they have 100% helped with whatever issue I've had.

Very disappointed with Tyr Rewards. I had been using the app normally and cashing out without any problems, then suddenly my account was disabled. They claimed there were “multiple accounts” because another account in my household belonged to my boyfriend. I was never trying to scam or abuse the platform, and instead of working with me or giving a fair warning, they permanently blocked my account and basically said they would not respond further. Customer support was not helpful at all, and the whole situation felt unfair and unprofessional. Be careful using this app if you live with other people because apparently that alone can get your account banned.
