I am not at all someone who will write the reviews. It's my first written review. As a physician who uses EMS I have to type a lot. And the fact that I couldn't type well has a big impact in terrms of time. I just started using the Typesy, I am still on my 7 days free trial, but ...OMG, what a progress I am making!!! I love practicing, it became like an addictive game for me. So much fun! The only incnvenience for me is that I am francophone physycian and I type in French, I have to do some adjustments with typing of symbols, but even though I am learning! I can type numbers and even symbols! I am progressing!!! Thank you.

Easy and fun to use

Returning User - Still Great software! Improved over the last couple years~~

We didn't really get into this program, so I can't really speak on the effectiveness of it. I will say that I was VERY annoyed by the fact that you cannot cancel your membership via the account settings on their website. I feel like they're hoping you'll just forget you're paying for it because they make it really hard to cancel your membership. When I realized this I tried submitting a ticket, but the website was broken and the ticket didn't go through. I tried the online chat, but it was outside of business hours, so it presented me the option to leave a message via the chat feature, only that didn't work either. I've looked it up and apparently in order to cancel, you have to call them up. I guess I don't see why I can create an account online, but I cannot cancel my membership online.

A very encouraging way to learn touch typing

great experience so far, i find the pricing a bit expensive and I hope the symbols and numbers are included in the early practices. Although the interface looks good and user-friendly; I love how they add speed typing after the basic. Lastly, I wish they have a free trial in the Microsoft store.
