Purchased the program for $74 a year and unable to login. Continuously receive "internal error message". Have tried clearing cache, cookies, allowing pop-ups, etc. without resolve. Unable to cancel membership since I an UNABLE TO LOGIN. Absolutely NO ONE available to talk on What's APP or the live chat feature (they advertised to get help here). Typesy app for MAC does NOT work. When downloaded, states "not compatible with MAC".

**UPDATE** they now claim they did not get an email but can see the email and are emailing my teacher to see how true it is... so basically calling me a liar. Honestly what a JOKE! I have all the emails I've sent in my sent folder, zero replies to any of them. They are more interested in arguing, vague threats and making wild accusations than actually providing support. Keep up with the defamatory remarks, it only shows your level of unprofessionalism. Original Review: Boring and repetitive, zero support, and inaccurate. Kept getting an error that my progress could not be saved, had to redo a unit several times even though I had already got the stupid pet "prize" at the end of the unit. No one from support got back to me. *Update, if I could leave negative stars, I would. Never heard back from support but almost a month after I emailed for help, they did find time to try to dispute my review then ask me to contact them, even though they couldn't be bothered to reply when I needed help. *Second Update, May 18, 2025, Was asked to email support AGAIN, I did, on May 9 from the email associated with my account, again, no response. Seems support is more interested in playing games than anything else. If I could attach a screen shot I would, but if you look at the response to other negative reviews, oddly enough they can never find the account or the complaint.

We had to internally investigate this and needs to take time for us to do this. Thus, we had to respond in a month. We tried looking into our email system, chat support, and call support. We even tried to reach out to you via Trust Pilot days ago, yet you have not responded. Can you email us your ticket or chat number that we may have missed? There might be instances that the email address added was incorrect thus we can't reach you. UPDATE (05-19-25): We did not receive any email asking help from you, Lisa. Instead, we receive your emails and chats telling how your school forced you to work on your typing skills. We have sent you a personal email, but was uncooperative. We did see where your location came from, and we can determine that the chats and emails we got really came from you as you keep on repeating the same words from the chats and emails, as well as in your review here. I need to cancel this membership that I have never used and there is no way to get a hold of anyone and my bank account can’t provide me with a telephone number either. I deleted the application the second day I signed up for it and thought it was cancelled but for 3 months already they keep getting $9 from my bank account. I NEED MY $$$$ REFUNDED AND FOR THEM TO STOP CHARGING ME MONTHLY. THE 800-706-5904 number takes me to a voicemail to leave a message. What a scam!!

Customer service is non-existent. There is no way to delete your account or remove your payment info from their website. Do not pay for this program. There are plenty of free typing programs out there that are better than Typesy.

Customer Service person was extremely hostile and childish and refused to address my problem and actually resorted to insulting me calling me stupid. Edit: I was told you want more details, but that is all there is, I missed the deadline to respond, as I don't read my emails that much, I also don't want that person who did this to me to give me anymore hassle. And the issue I had, turned out not to be resolvable anyway. I consider the matter closed. I won't be doing business with Typesy, and so, my review is final.

They ruined it. It used to be bearable but with further updates, it no longer feels like I learning to type in a probable situation where I actually might type. Typing stops after you get a letter wrong and you have to put in that letter to continue. Now if you actually know how to type or have a word such as "Actually" with two of the same letter, the entire word will be messed up. Also, the fact that you have to reach a rather high accuracy to continue makes this supposedly causal typing program into a type of Duolingo bird where I'm terrified into coming back because due to the strict typing standards, I'm not enough. Thank you for your feedback. The setting you are referring to can easily be switched off. Just click "Settings" and turn off "Require Correct Key" setting. If this is off, you will be allowed to continue after your mistakes without typing the correct key, like in previous versions of Typesy. However, we highly recommend leaving this setting on. Our research has shown that although it might seem to make the exercise a little harder, it dramatically speeds up the rate at which you learn to type fast and with no mistakes.
