TX Power SportsReviews of txpowersports.com

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service & Great Experience! I had a wonderful experience with TX Power Sports. I was looking for an e-bike for my son and had a specific budget to stick to. Raymond took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and help me find the perfect bike without any pressure. What really stood out was how patient and helpful he was throughout the process. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. My son is absolutely thrilled with his new e-bike, and seeing how happy he is made the whole experience even better. If you're looking for great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and people who will work with your budget, I highly recommend TX Power Sports. Thank you for helping make this happen for my son! 😊⚡🚲

Easy to use website and best price no crazy 300$ shipping cost

In contrast, I explored other companies such as Baltimore Motor Sport. However, the scooter’s price was excessively high, and I encountered difficulties in completing my bread pay payment despite being approved for the loan. TX Power Sport not only offered the same scooter at a significantly more affordable price but also provided me with the bread pay option. Recently, I lost my car due to a blown transmission and sought alternative options beyond visiting the dealership and financing a vehicle. In today’s economic climate, a new car may not always be the most prudent choice. I am committed to maintaining financial discipline. Currently, I utilize the train and bus to commute to work. While saving to purchase a relatively new used car next year. The train ride is the most enjoyable aspect of my commute. However, the bus is unsatisfactory due to its extended waiting time and the frequent cancellation of routes, which became unbearable. Consequently, I am eager to eliminate the bus from my commute. I can now do so with the arrival of my new scooter. Thank you, TX Power Sport, for your assistance. I will gladly refer anyone interested in purchasing a motor scooter to your website.

Complete bait and switch. Tried to get more money out of me after the fact. Ordered an item with free shipping. Then told me a few days later they would not ship the item unless I paid an extra $30 for shipping. When I said no, this was supposed to be free, without any communication or explanation they canceled the item instead. Beware when purchasing, they will try to get more money out of you after your order.

Bought a Icebear maddog scooter from them , guess it's just for looks . Because without the certificate of origin or the bill of sale that they haven't sent , it just sits in my back yard , I cannot register it and I will be filing a complaint with the TXRMV . These people are ripoff artists, they have no idea how to do business.the law needs to shut them down and close their shoddy business for good .Don't buy from TX Powersports, shop anywhere else , don't fall for the thier bait and switch.

They sold me a Hawk 250. Ideally an enduro bike. yet the mco came and says off road only. I realize these bikes don't have the greatest reputation as is, without many upgrades. But the engine is no good. I have it for two weeks... I have changed carb , battery, spark plug, stator, and I have checked everything. yet it will not turn over. I have spoken with a technician who told me to put in a parts request for a new engine, three days ago. I actually filled out their form for a parts request four days ago. I attempted to follow up on it being delivered. and i am getting the basic run arounds..."the person you spoke with isn't in today"... "I see an email where you submitted an odometer reading" so on and so forth. They pretend to not know or see their form for warranty part replacement. I was told by their Technician Carlos that I would be recieving a tracking number for the part on either wed, or thurs. and today no one knows anything. So i will be filing a civil suit. cannot find them on the BBB website credited or not acredited. My experience may not be yours... but I am giving mine just so you are aware of what you will be dealing with if you do run into a problem.

Immediately fell in love with the hawk x 250, and was delivered with free shipping 9 days after purchase. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with the free helmet that was advertised with it but for something that was gonna be free, I suppose it wasn’t that important, at least not to me. Aside from the one complaint would highly recommend.
