The company is extremely slow and does things backwards. Very your inventory before verifying addresses. It shouldn't take you 4 business days to inform your customers an item isn't in stock. Everything takes them 2 days to complete except for taking your money. 48hrs to EMAIL and updated invoice. 48hrs to update order status. Incorrect listings on website. Can't review the product since I haven't received it yet. Based on how things are going it looks like it will be about a whole.minth from when I placed my order to actually receiving it. Hopefully the condition I receive it in is good as many have stated issues.

Complete bait and switch. Tried to get more money out of me after the fact. Ordered an item with free shipping. Then told me a few days later they would not ship the item unless I paid an extra $30 for shipping. When I said no, this was supposed to be free, without any communication or explanation they canceled the item instead. Beware when purchasing, they will try to get more money out of you after your order.

Bought a Icebear maddog scooter from them , guess it's just for looks . Because without the certificate of origin or the bill of sale that they haven't sent , it just sits in my back yard , I cannot register it and I will be filing a complaint with the TXRMV . These people are ripoff artists, they have no idea how to do business.the law needs to shut them down and close their shoddy business for good .Don't buy from TX Powersports, shop anywhere else , don't fall for the thier bait and switch.

They sold me a Hawk 250. Ideally an enduro bike. yet the mco came and says off road only. I realize these bikes don't have the greatest reputation as is, without many upgrades. But the engine is no good. I have it for two weeks... I have changed carb , battery, spark plug, stator, and I have checked everything. yet it will not turn over. I have spoken with a technician who told me to put in a parts request for a new engine, three days ago. I actually filled out their form for a parts request four days ago. I attempted to follow up on it being delivered. and i am getting the basic run arounds..."the person you spoke with isn't in today"... "I see an email where you submitted an odometer reading" so on and so forth. They pretend to not know or see their form for warranty part replacement. I was told by their Technician Carlos that I would be recieving a tracking number for the part on either wed, or thurs. and today no one knows anything. So i will be filing a civil suit. cannot find them on the BBB website credited or not acredited. My experience may not be yours... but I am giving mine just so you are aware of what you will be dealing with if you do run into a problem.

i bought my scooter at march 30 2025 thats my first time with this company and never ever use again. first of all i choose color white or blue but they called me and let me know they have just black and grey and i said thats ok make it black. in the options i choose battery charger which is 24$ and i send them email for the essential kit and they said 69$ but when i come home i recieve a battery charger from amazon and i checked price its 9$ that makes me upset because i tought it will be a quality charger and i email them to return this charger. if you want to return charger here is the process they send you a qr code and you need to go to KOHL which is 1 hour away from me and they charge %20 retock fee than they said this is a business they need to make money and i told them this is not a business its dropship and why didnt put any specification like charger name that way i will know what i pay thats why im upset i wont use this charger on my bike than customer service calling me and same thing explain me they need to make money this is a business and i dont like it and i already ask them question its a question "if i cancel scooter do i need to pay any restock or other fee??" guy start yelling me and be upset and he said that im calculating his 10$ and hang up the phone on my face. i dont care how much he makes not my business but its not fair when u buy something from amazon 9$ and sell me 24$ and when i want to return send me 1 hour away and %20 restock fee. than he said he dont want to make business with me no selling but he will cancel with their terms and conditons that mean they will charge me and i dont accept it. today i recieve 2 email from them again "you order will be canceled we can not ship this bike you are causing a lot of problems for us" "I MAKE NO PROBLEM TO YOU JUST I ASKED TO REFUND FOR THE BATTERY CHARGER WHICH IS 24$ NOT THE MOTORCYLE IF YOU CANCEL YOU CANCEL BY YOUR OPINION AND I DONT ACCEPT TO PAY EXTRA" so i have all emails and documents with me and he said my scooter ready for shipping and send me the picture and its really ready for ship but now he dont want to ship and i didnt recieve a full refund. whats the damage i buy some parts for scooter cost me 70$ i have a stupid charger 24$ still dont know he will ship or not but i already told on email i am not canceling my order number 47907 if need more detail pls reply me i will add all picture what we talk and tx power sport free to add picture what we talk too. 24$ battery charger name is orion motor tech battery charger just check on amazon its 9$ or sometimes they makes 7$ if seller ok for the picture pls reply and say yes i will share all and again seller free to share the picture what we talked and i did all this talks when im busy and working hard.

I ordered a vitacci blade fx250, this is not what I received. I received a 2022 Fangpower. A 3 year old UTV, some what the same model but not vitacci and 3 years old, I can't get over it's 3 years old. I researched vitacci and purchased according. I ordered a UTV from a competitor but cancelled the order when I found your blade was a whopping 69 inches, 5 inches taller than your competitor worth the extra $600 to me. unfortunately What I received was actually only 64 tall, big waist of my money. The battery came damaged with battery acid leaking all over the trunk, The windshield also came broken. We are missing the bolts that hold the doors in place and also clamps that hold the roof on. There are large scrapes on the inside and outside of the roof that looks like someone tried to cover up but looks terrible, front bumper is also all scrapped.

This is to let anyone who is interested in buying from TX Power Sports DONT DO IT. Customer Service SUX. I bought 2 dirt bikes off them, all was good, sales was on top of it, shipping was good, they came in very well packed. NOW here is the problem. After I put them together 1 of them doesn't shift correctly and the carburetor leaks all over the place. The problem is NOONE WILL CALL ME BACK. I have texted, emailed, and called 8 times and this company won't even call me back. CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would urge you all to stay away from them. unless you don't care about stuff like customer service. Bikes ok C.S. Sux

Originally, my experience with TxPowerSports was excellent. They were very attentive and answered all my questions. The sales person was informative on the process of ordering online for the individual customer. However, they made several promises that ultimately were not supported by the service department. First, the order was placed on May 28 and it was not shipped until June 7. (Nine business days to assemble?). It took 4 days to arrive. I Live in Kenner, Louisiana and TxPowerSports is in Arlington, Texas. (I can ride an Ice Bear Trifecta 150cc Trike to Arlington from New Orleans in 12 hours.) Second, MCO/TITLE PROCESSING PRIORITY ($39.99 extra). It was not and I did not receive my title until three days after I received shipment of the order. Third, when I contacted the service department, they informed me that I needed to send them the VIN off the Ice Bear Trifecta 150cc Trike to them so they could process the title. Fourth, when I asked them why they could not have gotten the VIN off the cycle when they were putting it together, they said that they had to ship it first before they could start the process. Fifth, when I informed them of how ridiculous that sounded, they changed their story and said they would send it to me right away. Sixth, instead of sending it as overnight post they sent it 2nd day delivery. Seventh, they sent me a text asking me to give them a good review on Google and to take a screenshot of it and email it to them and that for doing that they would give me a $10.00 refund on my order. Eighth, I did and they then replied with an email stating that I needed to give them another good review on ‘Trusted Site’ in order for them to approve the $10.00 cash-back. Ninth, I complied again and I have not seen the “cash-back” yet. Tenth, I had the ‘Trike’ looked over by a local ‘Scooter’ dealer and he had to tighten serval bolts and adjust the drive chain. In addition, the throttle had too much play and needed adjustment and the break handles needed adjusting for comfort of use. A very bad assembly job. One more thing, they claimed on the website that my purchase came with a Parts warranty that was FREE for 3 MONTHS and an Engine warranty of 1 YEAR that was free also. However, they offered that I could upgrade to a parts warranty of 6-month or 1 year for $159 or $199 respectively, and for the engine, I could also purchase an 18-month warranty for $249. I only took the free versions of the warranties, but when I received the Bill of Sale that came with my purchase, it stated that my purchase came with “No Warranties” and that my purchase was sold to me “As Is”. In closing, I like my Trike and would recommend it to anybody looking for some cheap transportation or thrills, just do not buy it from TxPowerSports.
