The buying process was great and they addressed questions I had promptly. I purchased a Vitacci Tank 200 Army Deluxe EFI scooter with the “fully assembled and tested” option. I assumed they would do a Predelivery Inspection. Received the bike very quickly and delivery was seamless. I just needed to attach the trunk and two side saddles. Tires were only inflated to 15 psi and when I opened the seat to add gas in the tank the cap was off and rolling around inside the storage area. Aired up the tires and capped the gas tank. First ride was very rough it was like there was no rear suspension every bump was a jolt. The rear of the bike was making a rattle squeaking sound whenever I rode it. Quite concerned. Brought it back to the garage and discovered the brace underneath the seat connecting the two side saddle brackets was routed through the shock springs effectively eliminating the shock - no wonder there was no softening over bumps! The bracket was also eroding the metal pan under the seat connecting the two sides - you could clearly see the wear marks after just a few miles. This brace was installed by TX Powersports as part of the “assembly and testing” fee. I emailed them and spoke briefly on the phone with one person and I was told the mechanic would call me. Instead I got two photos of how to install the bracket properly. Well the brace I have doesn’t fit without encroaching on the coil springs effectively making the rear shocks useless so I removed the brace and the noise I heard went away and the rear shocks finally worked. I am getting my own steel from Amazon to fabricate a brace that will fit properly. Don’t pay for assembly! I bought two other bikes from them and assembled them and felt it was a better outcome even though the bikes come without any assembly instructions. Finally my Tank 200 is rideable. Oh one other issue the speedometer is off 5-7 mph, reading low. TX Powersports says they will try to get my display replaced under warranty.
