The product was not in stock, and after I waited a while and asked to cancel it, they handled it promptly.

Never received my purchase

I placed my order in April 27th, didn’t get the order. As today June 6th I haven’t heard from this people, not an email, not a phone called after I contacted them, and never response, what a scam. I contacted the bank and they credited my money. Never again will buy on this website.

Excellent service and product. Company was extremely prompt and easy to work. The product was exactly as described and has worked flawlessly.

Still haven’t received product

I got the radios after a bit of a delay and they were everything that I hoped for. Apparently they are backed up a bit, but all in all I got everything that I wanted and the programming was great. I would use them again.

Fast, professional. Nice touch that freebie pen! Oh, and did I say professional?
