My order is taking way longer than expected to ship (and still no confirmation of a shipment) This is only a minor inconvenience and when I called, the team was helpful explaining shipment and stocking issues. No big deal I can wait. I was postponing a review until I received my items BUT the problem is your company sends me a reminder like every other day to do this review. So here it is - I am unhappy with the harassments to do a review and I am still unhappy with not yet receiving my order or shipment date. It is perfectly reasonable to ask for a review and one reminder anything after that in my opinion is just bad manners.

My order has been awaiting fulfillment for a week and a half now.

Selected radios i wanted online that were in stock and paid for them. Then was informed that they were discontinued for a long time and would be replaced with radios I didn't want. After emails back and forth with the salesman over several days he found me the radios I wanted. Your website shouldn't sell merchandise that you discontinued.

I am still waiting to hear if my items have shipped. The charge went on my credit card fast, but no confirmation email or anything.

I ordered radios and then was told radios were back ordered until October. If I had known that befor ordering I would have tried somewhere else.

Ordered 6 radios on August 4th and not delivered as of august 14th. No info on the page says they are n back order, so why the delay? I would hope when you know the system is running slow, or there is a delay, there would be a notice to that effect on the page.

Purchasing process was straight forward. It’s been almost a month since my purchase and still no package. I’ve received five emails reminding me to review my experience, but no radio yet.
