Fantastic experience. I ordered a vhf for my off shore fishing boat. I wasn't sure if it was in stock and shipping details. I sent a text it was After hours and i was not expecting a response right away. There was one. The response was wonderful: we are spending time with our families..... then there were answers to my inquiries. The radio came within days. Thank you for the human touch and stellar service. It's been a week and a half and my order still hasn't shipped. I've tried to get in touch with someone and still have not heard anything back. I could have ordered from another vendor and already received my order by now...

We received our new Motorola Walkies before the expected delivery date and they upgraded them to the new model since they don't make the old one I ordered anymore. I would order again in a heart beat!
