Great company to work with. Always quick and easy transactions

They reject boxes with stickers, implying you must remove them. However, when you remove the stickers, they flag the unavoidable minor wear as "damage." They do sent a lot of emails advising to remove negative reviews. Here is the predatory part: They refuse to pay for these "damaged" items, but they also refuse to return them. They claim your property has been "donated" effectively immediately, denying you any chance to reclaim your goods. This is a logical trap: 1. You cannot send it with stickers. 2. You cannot remove the stickers without "damage." 3. Once sent, they keep the product and pay you $0. I lost my property and was denied its return. This is not a standard business transaction; it is a mechanism to acquire inventory for free. Do not ship to them unless you are willing to lose your items.

First, this is a transaction that occurred over six months ago. Second, he is misleading you by replying to our invitation to leave feedback on quote 130594, which was paid in a timely manner and in FULL back in May 2025. He is hijacking this invitation to leave feedback on a completely different transaction. There was no predatory trap or fraud involved here. At the time on our previous website, we had warnings posted that we were not buying supplies with script labels. There were no instructions that force or instruct any seller to remove their labels, however he is blaming us for not buying damaged supplies, supplies that he personally damaged! He admits this in this review. Unfortunately, that is not a valid argument or a trap. It IS possible to remove labels without damage, but we never asked or instructed anyone to do that. It was his choice and his responsibility if he damaged his supplies. We believe anyone would agree with that. He is also unaware that some supplies do not have script labels, and some actually receive boxes without labels at all. It is also certainly not a mechanism to acquire inventory for free. In our business, we have to donate or dispose of supplies that are damaged because damaged supplies are worthless and a liability. If you walk into a Walgreens or CVS and see a box of test strips that had rips on the box, would you buy it? Of course not. And in our industry, box condition and exp dates are the two most important factors. And in fact, we lost money because he sent damaged supplies, and we could not buy those 3 boxes but already paid him to ship them to us. How is that a method to acquire inventory for free? It is a method for him to donate his supplies to an organization, that we facilitated, for free, on his behalf. There is no money to be made with damaged medical products for resale. Strict regulations forbid resale of expired or damaged medical products. Some quick research before accusing us of profiting from a clearly illegal process - he would not be accusing anyone of this as that would be defamation. We clearly state on the website, and every seller is required to agree to our terms and conditions, which clearly state that we do not buy damaged supplies and to please NOT send supplies to avoid disappointment, because they will not be returned. If we had to return every box of damaged supplies, we would go out of business. We would have to set up a shipping department with employees, tracking numbers, email systems, shipping systems. All costs which would then force us to reduce the prices we pay to our wonderful sellers that follow the instructions on our website and have a great experience. Our goal is for our sellers to have an extraordinary experience when they do business with us. That's why we put the cautions and warnings everywhere we can, in order for our sellers to avoid disappointment. One of our very kind sellers said it best in their testimonial when they said, "If you follow the instructions, you will have a great experience. It baffles me why some don't follow the instructions and then complain!" This is backwards logic, and Joe knew that we don't buy damaged supplies. He submitted at least five quotes previous to this quote. It is not a valid argument to say, "I know you don't buy damaged supplies, but I can't remove the stickers without damage, so you have to buy them." He is basically saying, "I don't care that you have rules, and even though I agreed to them, I'm not going to follow them, and then blame you for fraud or deception." He updated is review to include defamation claiming we 'operate a deceptive scheme to seize your inventory'. If we did do such a thing, our 7,000+ 4.9 star reviews would reflect that, which they don't. We're grateful for our amazing sellers. Regardless, we wish him well, and do caution others of these deceptive practices, harm and fraud being committed against legitimate online buyers. Buyer beware.

Great options for mailing supplies in! Challenging to sign in to my account and onerous password requirements.
Response from Two Moms Buy Test StripsJan 14, 2026
We appreciate your feedback and business, Chris. The password requirements are for two reasons: 1. To keep seller payment and contact details private and safe 2. All database providers on the internet now require upgraded password requirements in order to avoid hacking or data theft We didn't find any communications from you on our Help Desk, and please know we are always glad to help if you have troubles signing in. It's normally a quick resolution and strive to make it straightforward. We don't have a choice regarding the password requirements since this is industry standard for any website being developed in 2026. We trust you understand that keeping all our seller details safe is a priority for us, and as always, appreciate your business! Thank you! 💕
