This is the second time I sold you or try to sell you my sensors the first time yeah my bad I sent them in an envelope I could see the boxes were a little bit bad too but this time I sent you four brand new ones and you took the bands off of them and took pictures of it so they were damaged I sent them in your box you paid me $45 for one instead of the $180 quote you stole from me I sold these only to feed my three friends yes I need my sensors but I don't use them because they need food I work and I still don't have enough to pay for their food for the month so please send my sensors back I will never ever try to sell anything to you again you guys have never been like this I've sold to you so many times before and you paid me right on like I said the four boxes I just told you were new

Thank you for your feedback and confirming your quote Cindy. Yes, on your first quote, the supplies were sent in an envelope and 3 out of the 4 boxes were crushed. On this quote, we received the items in a box that we shipped to you; however, there were no packing materials inside, the supplies were in a paper bag and put inside a large box without any packing materials, which is why they were damaged as well. 3 of the 4 sensor boxes were damaged and you were paid in full for the one in mint condition. We take great effort to alert our sellers on our website, on social media, and in our emails to please use plenty of packing materials inside your box so nothing moves during transit. 99% of all damage happens during transit because the boxes were not packed well. We always recommend treating your supplies as valuable, because they are. If they are not packed well, they will be damaged—that is just a fact of life, and we cannot do anything about it. We did not steal anything. We unfortunately have to donate or discard damaged supplies and take a loss, although in this case, we are making a one-time exception and sending the damaged boxes back to you, also at a loss since we paid for you to ship them to us and also to ship them back to you. For full transparency, we videotape every shipment box we receive and have the video to share with you showing that the boxes arrived in the condition the photos show: damaged. If you wanted to see it, just let us know. We're sorry you are disappointed, although we can't force you to pack your supplies well. If you ever sell your supplies again to any company, we highly recommend packing them well to avoid these situations in the future. We wish you all the best.
