CHEATED
I WAS TOLD ONE PRICE, BUT WAS PAID LESS. VERY SAD. TIME TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT BUYER.

Hello Roger, Order #9550 was paid via PayPal on December 28, 2020 for three boxes of FreeStyle Lite 100ct Retail at $48/box for a total of $144. There were no problems/deductions with your order. You selected PayPal as your method of payment. PayPal takes a 2.9% deduction for their services, but this is displayed on the page where you select your payment method. Maybe you overlooked that? We have always dealt honestly with you and you have been a long-time customer. If this is just a misunderstanding about the PayPal payments, please take down this review and continue to be our customer. Thank you, – 2 Moms

Be really careful about writing what is the expiration date. I thought I did it perfectly and then I was told that I couldn’t get paid because they were expired.

I don't understand this review Victoria. You were paid in full for the one order you placed with us, Order #9623. Your order was perfect and you were paid promptly. Perhaps you did business with another company and have us confused with them? Please remove this review as it is inaccurate. -the Two Moms

At first I trusted these ladies
At first I trusted these ladies, not anymore. This month bad experiences. Sent perfect boxes wrapped so nothing is damaged. Pkg arrived there on Dec 19th and never got an e mail telling me the check was in the mail. Finally, after many e mails she let me know it was sent on Dec 28th Mon. got it on Dec 30th. Then she said one of my boxes was damaged , I questioned that. In one complaint, a lady who worked there said they substitute good and replace with bad ones. I do believe this. Also e mailed me that bonus of 10.00 if I send the code HOHOHO 10 She would not honor since I coded HO HO HO 10 with spaces. closed my account with them

Betty, There was a five dollar deduction on one of your boxes because the corner was dented. Please see the picture on your order page. Our company deals honestly with all our customers. Our automated website system only recognizes coupon codes when they’re typed correctly. We would’ve been happy to add the coupon code for you manually had we known that it was entered incorrectly. You did not let us know so we could not correct that for you. -2 moms

I sent in 2 brand new boxes that had no damage. They then contacted me to say one box was stained and they would not pay me for it. I noticed other people have had the same thing told to them. I will be contacting USPS to file a claim. If there are enough claims they will have to answer for what they've done.

Hello Cathy, We just report on what we find when we open the box. We took a picture of your item, and a large area of the box was stained a tea color [light brown]. We cannot pay for items that we can’t resell. When an item is stained as described, it most likely has gotten wet, and we cannot resell it in good conscience. 2 Moms
