I contacted this company about selling some test strips. The lady told me how reputable the company was and how outstanding the company was. they sent me the package for me to send my strips to. I sent them my strips and three boxes of my strips wasn't within the time limitations. I contacted them and asked them to send me the strips backsince they were not going to purchase them. She advised me that she would not return the strips to me . I asked her would she send me documentation that they were going to dispose of the strips and not resell them she told me no she could not do that. She advised me that if I would send her a shipping label she would return the strips to me. I ask her why is it such a big issue for her to return the strips me for the simple cost of about of a $1.80 Being from the South I called her sweetheart which is a term that we use in the South which is not demeaning or anything in which she told me do not call her sweetheart and hung up the phone.

Customer: I contacted this company about selling some test strips. The lady told me how reputable the company was and how outstanding the company was. they sent me the package for me to send my strips to. Two Moms: this is true, our company is very reputable and fair to our customers. Customer: I sent them my strips and three boxes of my strips wasn't within the time limitations. I contacted them and asked them to send me the strips back since they were not going to purchase them. She advised me that she would not return the strips to me . Two Moms: This is also true. Three of the boxes were less than five months till expiration, and we require at least eight months. When the customer makes an order with us, they have to check TWO boxes that they have read & understand our terms and conditions, before they are able to place their order. These terms and conditions alert the customer to the fact that we are not able to return their items to them if they send their items in error. This is because we already cover shipping costs for the customers to send their items to us. Not only would it be time consuming for us to be packing up boxes that were shipped to us in error, it would also double our shipping costs and put us out of business. This is why we go to great lengths to educate the customer that we do not return items sent to us in error (expired, damaged, etc.). Customer: I asked her would she send me documentation that they were going to dispose of the strips and not resell them she told me no she could not do that. Two Moms: this is true. The customer did want some kind of documentation that we were going to dispose of the strips and not make a profit on them. I asked him, how we would accomplish this? He wanted some video or pictures of us destroying the boxes. We are not videographers, or photographers and this is not anything that we would do on an ordinary day. Why would I pull my employees away from what I pay them to do, to film a destructive act? I told him no, that is not something we would do. Customer: She advised me that if I would send her a shipping label she would return the strips to me. I ask her why is it such a big issue for her to return the strips me for the simple cost of about of a $1.80 Two Moms: this is true. I generously made an exception for him and told him that if he sent us a free shipping label, we would pack up the items we did not purchase and send those back to him. This seems more than fair to me. We already paid the shipping to get the items to us that we ended up not being able to purchase. Why should we incur the cost to ship them back when it was his error? In addition, we pay our employees to work for our business model, not to spend time packing up items that should never have been sent to us in the first place. It is time consuming and disruptive. Customer: Being from the South I called her sweetheart which is a term that we use in the South which is not demeaning or anything in which she told me do not call her sweetheart and hung up the phone. Two Moms: This is true. However, The customer was raising his voice and talking over me when he used “sweetheart” in a patronizing way. I hung up the phone. In Conclusion, the Two Moms conduct our business with professionalism and fairness. We take good care of our customers. We do expect them to follow the terms and conditions so stated on our website.
